  • Can't wait!

  • Considering how often massive projects like these end up in perpetual "development hell" it's really impressive how smoothly this is moving along. And I can't wait for the skeptical Austinians to have their minds blown by what a huge, worldwide event his is going to be!

  • Pretty exhilarating to look a pile of dirt and know it's going to be a world class Formula 1 facility in just one year.

  • That's what I call Project management!!!! Awesome job!!!! If you need another engineer, just call me!!! I can't wait to be there!!! Moving Forward Team!!!!

  • add nascar and im sold

  • @RIEKSONE uhhh, no. It's an International Racetrack, not a circle track. Sorry

  • I'm tired of watching these races at 7 am on speed, first hand will be simply amazing. I don't think F1 is ready for the mass of the US crowd that will show. Can't wait to be there!!

  • It took damn near 2 months to destroy our street, replace some sewer drains, and then re-pave the street. If the entire Circuit of the Americas can be completed in a year, they should have been able to do our stupid road in a week and a half... or less.

  • @rccardude04 Fixing your street won't bring millions and millions of money. Sorry. This is an International Affair.

  • @UnivoxMax Yup. It's still a very impressive feat to start and finish an entire circuit in a year on this scale.

  • I love how you keep us updated on the track's progress. I'll be there next year, no doubt about it!

  • @espentan Me Too!!!!

  • Looking good

  • super awesome! cant wait to visit!!!

  • looks like an access tunnel to the pit area that will be under the ramp up to turn one

  • What is the concrete structure for on :34?

  • With as little rain as we've had this year, I wouldn't be surprised if the track is finished way ahead of time.

  • Who's the photographer that's shooting these time lapse images?

  • welcome back america.....i can't wait to see F1 in USA again

  • Actually, they've already started laying the road materials. Everything needed to host the race next year will be done but there's still other parts of the project they will still be working on, but just know that they are working furiously everyday.

  • next time set the camera up at one spot and film. can't really see any change in the grounds, sorry

  • Awesome - I love watching these monthly updates and seeing how the construction is coming along! I will definitely be there in 2012!

  • How about a pic of turn #1? How steep is the climb, and will spectators be able to look down at the rest of the circuit? Can't wait, wanna go, if not certainly will watch all the coverage SpeedTV provides!

  • That's it? Better hope you're rescheduled for later in the 2012 season.

  • Are you going to make a start to finish video

  • Luckily ya'll have not had any rain to slow down the construction.

  • Thanks for providing these updates. I'm a big F1 fan living near Shreveport, LA so I'm planning on making it to Austin in the coming years to check out the venue. Keep up the good work guys.
