Can you help me out, I have my 360 remote bound for GCpad and Wiimote on the emulator. i can navigate menus, And move hte star cursor to shoot star peices, but Mario doesn't walk. He can Jump though.. any suggestions?

@kjizzle96 yeah most wii games dont support GCpad, so you have to emulate a wii remote which fucking blows i cant stand emulating that thing with my 360pad

@310sucks Yes, The new Dolphin supports mouse input for shooting stars n keyboard for moving, If ud rather use the 360 remote, on the far right side of the manual controller config menu, there is a bunch of boxes and the option to customize addiction controllers. U need to customize both the Wii Mote and the Nunchuck. You currently only have 1 of the 2 set. Additionally, u can select the wii mote orientation from that screen as well. ( forward like a wii mote ., sideways like n NES Pad)

@TheColorfulPube dont bother i have a phenom ii 970 ,crashes every time on almost every wii game i play eg ssbb,mp3,even on the new revs it frigin crashes yet is frigin slow ,fuck if only they optimized dolphin for amd also sse2 and 3,oh well at least with the phenoms we can still max out cyrsis

That issue comes up with older versions of Dolphin like version 2. Use one of the latest revisions. I use 5646.

@Ienstien965 To bypass the crash, you need to disable all sound in DSP settings and switch audio backend to OpenAL. That should do the trick.

Huh. sounds like Yoshi's drums are out of sync with the music or something. :P Sounds weird, anyway (but then I guess it has sound issues?). Also...lol. At the part with the volcano I reflexively moved my mouse cursor in an attempt to pick up some of those star bits.
