  • I eat all the time I can eat a whole pizza by myself. I'm 5'3 and 98 pounds at 22 years old.I want to gain weight but I cant

  • I eat a LOT. I do nothing but eat, and eat and eat and eat, I'm not even kidding. But I'm naturally thin, I'm so thin that lots of people assume I'm anorexic or bulimic.

  • Sub to my ch

  • I eat a lot! I eat more than normal people do.. and i'm thin, some people say i'm to thin... I have a lot of friends that are fatter than me, but they eat less than me. When I eat lot I don't throw up, and you may think that your'e only insecure when you are fat but I'm insecure because I'm to thin, I eat a lot, and think your'e wrong.

  • @Ananaskuuh agreed

  • Okay, I get what you're saying but I'm proof that you're wrong. I'm in 9th grade- 80 pounds. I eat LOTS of food. Once, an entire pizza by myself&my friends have witnessed it. I DONT throw it up. Skinny people are often judged that they never eat or throw it up...in some cases, that may be true. But not all. You may think you have it figured out, you really dont.

Thanks for sharing your opinion(: I appreciate your side of the story. But you havent made a scientific discovery.

  • I totally get where your coming from, but i do think its a mix of upbringing, genes and people think they eat a lot. I have a friend who always used to say she pigged out and stuff and I realized that for her pigging out meant having a big salad or half a burger and fries in fact there were days when the girl practically ate nothing. Also her dad didnt eat a lot of meat and therefore her whole family didnt eat it as well so growing up she didnt eat animal fats etc

  • I have some very useful advice for you!!! I'm so happy i found this out recently! If you eat healthy food you will get fuller quicker because your body is getting the nutrients it's asking for,but if you just eat mostly unhealthy food, your body is going to make you hungry again because it still needs the nutrients you aren't getting. AMAZING HUH!

  • If you want to lose weight, then eat until you aren't hungry anymore, but not full either. I hate that feeling of being full anyways.

  • I thought you'd have an accent or a your accent would be more prominent

  • This is so true. It took me forever to realize this; wish I had seen this video sooner. I spent so much time feeling bitter about people who could eat "anything they want" and be skinny while I spent my time avoiding foods I thought would make me gain weight and then still failing to lose the amount of weight I wanted to. It's all about portion size, knowing when you're full and possessing the ability to stop at that time. The last part is, of course, easier said than done for some.

  • i eat A LOT and im really thin, i eat what ever, so there you go im naturally thin.

also im not very active either. and you arent big nor chubby nor fat.

    so yeah, there you go.

  • I think what Jenn said was absolutely true, and idk why so many people are chiming in with irrelevant comments. you can't binge and expect to be skinny- maybe there are a few exceptions, but for the most part you have to eat healthy portions in order to stay thin. (p.s. maybe before commenting, take the time to read the description before jumping in with omg she's attacking skinny people! she very clearly did not, and i think she had a good point.)

  • Maybe before you did this video you should have done more research because you are incorrect. I am a naturally skinny girl and anyone can tell you that I eat everything. I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in between and still no weight. Im sure this goes for other people and not just me,

  • Instead of critisizing others about their eating habbits and making excuses as to why your the size you are start correcting your bad habbits obviously people understand its not an easy thing to do but it is possible making excuses and going on about other people is obviously not going to get you anywhere. Being healthy is a struggle for everyone we all have strong urges to eat the wrong things but if your choice is to give in then theres going to be consequences for it so stop complaining!

  • @simone8675342 I'm gonna have to log off because this is just pissing me off. maybe gain some insight into eating disorders and psychology before just making nasty comments: "stop complaining!" as far as i could tell she wasn't criticising anyone really nor was she making excuses. no need for your sanctimonious generalizing comments.

  • maybe some people are born with larger stomachs. ..I want mine to be larger.

  • Also, eating "whatever you want" is different to eating "how much you want".

I really really want to gain weight and I'm trying to eat much larger portions.

  • I agree, but I would say I'm "naturally thin"... I mean, I've always been thin, but I do not have much of an appetite. I have tried to eat lots and lots, but this only last a few days and I get tired from eating so much.

Honestly, I really want to increase my appetite.

  • I had a friend I was super jealous of for being so skinny and never worrying about what she ate

then I noticed how easily she said no to food when she was full, never pushing her limits

  • my friends are so skinnyy yet they do NOT care what they put in their body (mcdonalds etc) but, they actually sometimes "forget" to eat or eat one meal a day :$ so unhealthy, but THAT is why they eat crap and stay stick thin :p

  • Binge eating... is eating for reasons other than hunger, If one eats for reasons other than hunger, we shouldn't expect to expect to be satisfied by food, that is why we get the bottomless pit sensation of not being satisfied with less food. there are other issues at hand to be addressed, emotional.

  • You r sooo pritty

  • I think you are right. I'm naturally thin and I certainly don't starve myself or watch my calories and I eat whenever I'm hungry...but I get fuller with a less amount of food than some other people do. And my body functions just perfectly fine and the doctor says I'm healthy and I have always been like this, as a child, everything. I think that people are just different.

  • If you're really serious about losing weight (and this comment is in relation to this video), start lifting some damn weights. Build muscle and increase your basal metabolic rate. Problem solved.

    Not trolling, serious post.

  • Yeap i definetely agree with you. In fact last week i was out on holidays an i ate reaaally badly. I mean i usually never eat chips pizza fried things, soda or fast food. But last week i ate pizza hut burger king and plenty more. Still i dooont know how i didnt gain any weight at all. I did exercise but i always do! Portions are the key:))

Ps: i love all your vids. I often findyself thinking the same way as you do!

  • tbh if i did eat the amount yu did all the time, i wouldn't be yur size..becuase i'm naturally thin...i wouldn't be yur size becuase my metabolism is way faster than yours i burn food quicker than you do. But tbh, i acutally don't like being thin. i wish i could gain weight, but its just in the genes :). don't hate yourself

  • @CasioBananaCake You can gain weight if you want to. Seriously... if you're eating anymore than 3,000 - 3,500 calories a day and not putting on weight, go see a doctor, because you probably have AIDs (not srs) or an overactive thyroid. This is for an average person who doesn't have a lot of muscle mass.

  • girl you need to look in a mirror, you are beautifull, a reall stunner, you are what a real woman should look like, a man should be lucky to know a girl like you. do not let this crazy world and peer presure rob you the joys of life, be youreself you can't improve a real beauty like you. and don't loose weight to be like the rest of the brainwashed stick people. if youre health is ok, then just be the beautifull woman you are, you realy shine girl.

  • @joeebben 5kg of body fat around the waist doubles your chances of getting diabetes. Just saying...

  • you sound weak.

  • or why don't you eat the amount of calories a day that is required and then fill yourself up on vegetables or something else that doesn't fatten you up? i mean come on, whats wrong with feeling hungry when you know you've eaten enough for the day. will power!

  • have you tried just being hungry? you will never be able to lose weight if you continue to eat the amount of food that makes you full. you wouldn't be losing anything by being hungry because you body is lying to you once you've eaten the right amount of calories a day. have some will power and go to bed hungry..

  • "I told her how to fix her eating disorder that I don't think is an eating disorder."

    lulz

  • @eljagg01 I told her HOW TO FIX HER WEIGHT. Dumbass. Idk how many times I need to tell you that. Ideas rather, don't like it stop talking about it. Told her to TRY TO START EATING AROUND 14,000 TO 16,000 CALORIES. Stop putting shit in quotation marks because everything you put in there means your taking repeating something that I said, and I never said, "I told her how to fix her eating disorder that I don't think is an eating disorder". And I do think she has one, which i told her. Just not BED

  • How truly ignorant to say to someone struggling with compulsive over-eating for years to "just stop it". Wow. How helpful, buddy.

  • @eljagg01 When I said that I didn't mean to just stop eating so much instantly because I gave a few ideas for her to try and get use to eating less. So, I guess it did seem ignorant the way it came out but that's not how I meant it.

  • @Fallout3Babe And here you are again saying "just eat less". Like that never occurred to her. Genius.

  • I understand you are saying that your point doesnt go for everyone but you're sure making it seem that way, the opening of what you were saying is definately wrong, and you are basing it on only your encounter. I dont excersise, i tend to eat large portions of food throughout the day and yet Im extremely skinny and have been since I was11 and now im 17 (and i get so much grief for it) So yes, it can be in 'black and white'.

  • @TheTreeMuseum well I say at the start of the video that I encountered a lot of people who I thought were naturally thin but its just they ate fairly small portions. How can that be wrong? Its what happened.

  • My good friend rachel (we call her stix) weighs 70 pounds and eats a lot of food everyday. Stays the same weight and she IS active, but she doesnt like go to a gym and exercise so, no. BAM.

  • @MayFlower405 how can you tell me no? I'm talking about people I know, this video has nothing to do with the rest of the world or your friend.

  • @ByeByeBelly

It didnt sound that way in the video.

  • @MayFlower405 How old is she and how tall?

  • @jaries12

She's 13 and I think around 5'0 or maybe shorter. She's not that tall.

  • I agree with others that have commented before that you do seem very unhappy. Do something to lose weight, don't talk about skinny people all the time. If you want to lose weight, stop eating "5,000 calories" a day... that's horrible. Women are really supposed to only eat around 1,500 calories a day and exercise each day. If you can't exercise intensely, walk for an hour. It helps. Don't just eat "3,000" cal and sit around and not do shit.

  • @Fallout3Babe I have BED which means lack of control over the amount of food eaten. I dont do nothing, I exercise daily.

  • @ByeByeBelly Ok, then get help to not eat to fuckin much. I just looked up BED and I seriously think it's a bullshit thing. A lot of people say they have it for an excuse so they can eat a lot. When you start to eat a lot less, it's painfull but you need to get past the first week. Get through it and it will be easier. Your body is so use to eating so fuckin much you can't do anything but eat, eat, eat. I know your exercising, but thats obv not helping if your eating 5,000 calories a day.

  • @Fallout3Babe how could you say it's bullshit if you've never experienced it? why would I simply just WANT to eat 5000 calories a day? it's a recognised eating disorder just like bulimia or anorexia. Just go away. I dont know why youre here if you know nothing about eating disorders.

  • @ByeByeBelly I do know about eating disorders you idiot, don't tell me I dont know. Im not saying you WANT to eat 5,000 calories im saying you WANT to eat the junk... fuckin dumbass. Stop being a bitch.

  • @Fallout3Babe I don't eat junk. Youre making assumptions about me just because im overweight.

  • @ByeByeBelly You have BED? Which is a binging disorder? Ok. People with your disorder binge on fast food and then purge. And dont me that's wrong, I just went on like 20 different websites about BED and they all said the same thing. Women especially, have the highest percentage that they binge on fast food, chocolate, pastries, pasta, etc. Then they purge or then they'll go a day without eating, just read it. Don't tell me your binging on fruits and vegies, if you were you wouldnt be overweight.

  • @Fallout3Babe I dont binge on fast food. I binge on normal, pretty healthy food that I cook or whatever. Its portion sizes. Like I said youre making assumptions about me based on my size

  • @ByeByeBelly Well then good, you'll lose tons of weight then. Right?

  • @ByeByeBelly You don't know what i've been through personally with my weight. I'm trying to tell you not to eat 5,000 calories worth of junk. YOU said you eat 5,000 calories, not me. Don't bitch at me. And, I think how you act is BS. For example, your purging video. You do horrible things to your body and post about them on youtube. MOST people and I do mean MOST, with eating disorders are very ashamed of it and dont make videos of "purging". You just want attention. Its obvious.

  • @Fallout3Babe You're making no sense. I am not "bitching" at you or denying I said I eat a lot of calories. You telling me not to have an eating disorder and to "just stop" is the same as telling a bulimic to just stop binge eating/purging or an anorexic to just start eating normally. I do not know what your point is. I do not care if "most" people do whatever they do. I am myself, nobody else, and I certainly wouldn't make up an ED for the last 3 years on youtube for attention. How stupid.

  • @ByeByeBelly For one, I told you earlier to try and eat a lot less calories in my ealier comments. Two when I said "just stop" I meant to stop with negativness. Three you are BITCHING because you told me to go away & that i know nothing about ED's when i had one. Not bullimia or anorexia but I didn't eat except for one very small meal a day, over-exercised, and weighed myself 5 times a day. I went through that for 3 years. Lost 60 lbs. Doc said was an ED. And you are bloating about your ED, lol.

  • @Fallout3Babe if you have/had an ED then why would you find it hard to comprehend other peoples EDs? or are you the only 1 allowed to have one?

  • @ByeByeBelly I HAD one. I worked very hard to get rid of it. And on a lot of the websites about BED it says BED isn't even really considered a real disorder... it's controversial because a lot of people and doctors just think people who supposedly have "BED" are really just compulsive over-eaters. Which is why I said it's bullshit... I don't personally think it's a disorder. If your purging, like some of the websites said, then they think people have a real ED, not "BED".

  • @Fallout3Babe lol whats the difference between compulsive overeating and BED? its pretty much the same thing. they are eating disorders. compulsion means an uncontrollable urge.

  • @ByeByeBelly Compulsive over eating means you choose to eat way too much than you really should. And in order to eat less you need to train your stomach. By eating less and less throughout the day, yeah your stomach would hurt but you need to work through the pain and keep doing it. And, BED is pretty much non-existant since doctors say it's so controversial. Lol. Like I said, like 80% of them just think it's people who really just eat way too much because that's the habit they formed.

  • @Fallout3Babe Compulsive over-eating isn't a choice. Do you not know what "compulsive" means? Everything we do is usually a "habit". And many times those habits are the result of psychological disorders. The latter isn't negated by the former.

  • @ByeByeBelly As for binging, it means someone will go a day or days without eating then all of a sudden they go out and buy a bunch of fast food(usually) and eat it all in that one time. Sometimes they'll purge it all back up once they eat it or they won't. But compulsive over eating is not the same as binging lol, by far. Just means you eat way to much every day, too much portion sizes and not enough healthy foods probably. Yeah, that compulsion comes from the habit that you started awhile ago.

  • @ByeByeBelly Whether you start compulsive eating now or you started when you were younger it doesn't matter, it's a bad habit. It's just over eating. You see food and just want it when you really don't need to it, thats what it is. The compulsiveness to just eat. It's a bad habit and that's why people are so obese today. Some people say, "I feel hungry all the time" well, there really not. It's because they started the habit, there body just WANTS it all the time. Your not really hungry.

  • @Fallout3Babe so? its an eating disorder

  • @ByeByeBelly Did you not read what I put? -_- BED is CONTROVERSIAL. Most doctors dont even say it's an actual eating disorder because it's really just people who eat way too fuckin much. When 80% of doctors say it's not really an eating disorder... then it's not. Binging is a whole different thing and binging itself is not an actual disorder because it comes along with anorexia and bulemia and such. You either didnt read anything I put or your extremely stubborn.

  • @Fallout3Babe Kinda like how anorexia is "really just" people who diet too fucking much?

Eating huge amounts of food, and being unable to stop ones self is disordered. Period.

You'd think if Binge Eating Disorder was so "controversial", it'd be omitted from the next version of the DSM.

    >.>

  • @eljagg01 And people with anorexia don't techincally diet. Dieting is watching what eat. They just refuse to eat or eat extremely little because they are afraid of gaining weight. You can fix eating huge amounts of food by NOT EATING HUGE AMOUNTS OF FOOD. Lol. It's not a disorder when someone eats a lot of food during the day. It's just not. I don't know about the DSM, im saying what all the websites about it said and what articles say about it and what doctors say about it. -_-

  • @Fallout3Babe Having been anorexic, there is no difference between being unable to MAKE one's self eat & being unable to MAKE one's self STOP eating. Both are psychiatric illnesses.

The DSM refers to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Illness, that is, the guidebook of the psychiatric field. BED is in the current version, & will also be included in the upcoming one. You should learn about the psychiatric field before you go lecturing people on YT about what they do and don't have.

  • @eljagg01 I'm not lecturing her for one. I told her in the very beginning what I think she should try and do to lose weight. She didn't want to hear when she said in the first place she ate tons of calories. That's fine. I gave her an idea, she didn't want to hear it. Then the argument went on from there. And, the only thing I've said about BED this whole time was that I PERSONALLY THOUGHT IT WAS BS. Meaning not people faking it, but I think it's just people who over eat.

  • @eljagg01 And it's fixable if you really really try and I told her it will hurt of course, eating so much less than 5,000 calories a day or whatever she said she ate. But I told her she could do it. She didn't want to hear it. That's what I meant and I told her that. I never said she was faking or people faked it, I think personally it's not a condition that it's just people who started a bad habit and it spiraled out of control whether it's because of a physcological problem or not. Fixable.

  • @Fallout3Babe Yeah. That's like telling an anorexic "just eat more". It's ignorant and somewhat offensive.

  • @eljagg01 And once again, i've never said that either. So your making stuff up. I gave her an idea to try and lose weight, she gets offended by everything people say... that's not my problem. I didn't call her a fattie or anything. There are people who supposedly have BED that have control over it. Watch the videos. The have been able to control how much they eat by different ways and somewhat keep their weight down. Are you mental?

  • @eljagg01 And I also told her if she was purging, which was on her other video, that maybe she had something else deeply wrong and she should go talk to someone and see someone. She didn't want to hear that either. I told she might have like some really intense ED that she needs help for, which she didn't want anything to do with. So don't fuckin tell me what im saying and what im not. You weren't here for the whole thing. -_- I didn't make fun of her or anyone else, I tried helping her.

  • @eljagg01 I know about anorexia, im not stupid. I have a cousin who is. And I myself had an ED but I wasn't catagorized under anything. Just had an ED. Was only eating one full meal a day (dinner) and exercising 2 hours a day. I lost over 50 lbs in just under 5 months. And trust me I know a lot about the psychiatric field because i can garauntee you i've been through much more. Don't treat me like im an idiot. I respect what your saying, I was only saying my personal opinion.

  • @Fallout3Babe Try eating not so much as a cracker in eight months and then get back to me. I'm sorry for your own troubles, but neither you nor me having a psychiatric illness means we're qualified to make generalized statements about the field status of this-or-that diagnosis. That's like saying you're a doctor because you had a cold once.

  • @eljagg01 Lol, i've had a lot worse than a cold. Ever dealt with suicide? Been in coma for it? No. I did. So, shut it. Don't treat me like an idiot about psychiatric illnesses. I told her I think she has something deeply wrong and I KNOW "eating less" occurred to her many times probably but i told her also that I think she needs to get other help because I think she has something worse. With the purging. It's not good. I told her she needed to really talk to someone about it and see whats wrong.

  • @eljagg01 I know eating disorders are not curable because you have to stuggle with it every day. I know that. It's the same with depression because that's what I have. I personally don't think she has BED for fuck sakes. I said that. I think she has another ED. I'm not diagnosing her. I AM SAYING WHAT I PERSONALLY THINK. I always start my sentence like that too. -_- Geeze. I never say. You have this! You don't have this! I say, "I personally think"...

  • @Fallout3Babe People are so obese today because of an amalgamation of factors, the greatest of which being socioeconomic and education-related. Unless you truly-believe poor people naturally are more gluttonous.

What is hunger if not one's body "wanting" food, exactly? O_o

  • @eljagg01 There are tons of people who "want" food not really because they are hungry. -_- I know tons of people that whenever anything is made for them (even if they ate right before) or I have a few friends that eat whenever someone around them is eating, they feel that they deserve to have something too and they most likely ate right before as well. People do it. Read more.

  • @Fallout3Babe There you go again, claiming the people who overeat eat don't really "want" food, as if you're more aware of whether they feel hunger pains than they are.

    Amazing telepathic abilities!

  • @eljagg01 Did I ever say "all"? No I did not. Your the one saying I said ALL overweight people when I defintely did not say ALL. I just said there are tons out there who do it. I know some people who over-eat DO eat whenever someone else has food, or whenever dinner is made or lunch, breakfast, etc even if they ate just before, or they eat because they are bored. I know people who do it. It's been proven many people do it too! I'm not claiming ALL. Read what I fuckin said. Stop being an idiot.

  • @eljagg01 And wtf? Your just being arrogant with your poor people comment. I never said anything about poor people? And a HUGE reason people are so obese today is eating too much. Common sense, your lacking it majorly. Of course there are medical issues with a good percentage too. But a lot of medical issues are gained from becoming obese, so, that is crossed out. If they are born with a medical issue that makes them gain weight, ok. Then watch your weight, its simple. But c'mon. -_-

  • @Fallout3Babe No, you didn't say anything about poor people- you said outright that the reason "people are so obese today" is because they are gluttonous pigs, and I pointed out poor people are disproportionately-obese. That's when you called me "arrogant" for informing you of sociological statistics about obesity that render your "stop eating fattie" approach about as stupid as the "cheer up" approach to depression worked.

  • @eljagg01 No I didn't and now your really being arrogant and an idiot because I never said they are "gluttonous pigs" those are your terms. Im going to say again, stop trying to make yourself look better, cause it's not working. A larger number of overweight people, just don't want watch what they eat and eat way to much of it. They have lack of exercise, etc. There is a good percentage ALSO, (which is what I said to you) that are born with illness that make them gain weight uncontrollably.

  • @eljagg01 And know I said you were arrogant for putting the "poor people" statement up. I never said you were arrogant about anythign else but that. Because, i never said anything about them. Your coming up with random shit here and it's really making you look like an immature bitch. 1.) I never said anything about poor people 2.) I never said overweight people are "gluttonous pigs" those are your terms, so what are you hateful towards them? Cause, thats pretty horrible to call them that.

  • @Fallout3Babe I'm sorry you have absolutely no cognizance of what you're talking about, either:

the statistical demographics of who is overweight

the current consensus of the psychiatric field

and therefore the things I say in response to your oblivious opining naturally WOULD seem like "random shit".

  • @eljagg01 I think I know what i'm saying. It's not I have even said facts anyway, more like opinions. Lol. Well except for the "females daily diet should be around 14,000 calories" because that's true, doctors told me that. My own, not some made up one ( i never know what your going to say, crazy) Im sorry your just being a complete prick and making up shit that I have never said. Maybe your insane? You also have nothing better to do than to argue with me about what I said.

  • @eljagg01 But actually... there's nothing to argue with me about because all i've said throughout the whole time is opinions and what articles and websites have said. Yet, you continue to argue. And you take random quotes that I never said, so, your kinda arguing with yourself here. Kinda does make you look insane.

  • @eljagg01 I say, "overweight" or "heavy-set" it's not mean like "gluttonous pigs'... geeze. 3.) I never said you were arrogant for ANYTHING except for the fact that you put the poor people statement up for no reason, let's clear that up right now. 4.) If you saying that i'm telling her "stop eating fattie" I never told her "stop eating fattie" I told her "maybe you should try eating 14,000-16,000 calories a day. -_- God your a prick.

  • @Fallout3Babe Gluttonous pigs are exactly what you're calling people, by the millions, when you imply the obesity crisis is the result of some recent propensity for Westerners to gorge themselves as do people with BED. The "poor people statement", (explained twice now), was in response to that idiotic sentiment. You ARE telling her to "stop eating, fattie", when you deny the reality that is BED which she and others with it struggle against for years. I'm a "prick" for not being ignorant? Ok.

  • @Fallout3Babe Yes, people eat too much, because calorie-dense foods are publicly-subsidized in the West as opposed to healthier ones such as fresh produce which, in an economic structure where people are struggling to survive, is gonna result in tons of nutritionally-deficient fat people. There are no medical issues gained from simply being obese. There are "medical issues" *comorbid* with obesity because both are often related to dietary factors (correlation is not causation).

  • Stopped the video 20 seconds in because I have a friend who is perfectly thin who devours pizza and chicken nuggets nonstop.

  • @DragonBunni This video is not about your friend. This video is about people I know.

  • @ByeByeBelly Hmmm well people you know aren't everyone.

  • @DragonBunni ....I didn't say they were, I said the opposite

  • You seem really unhappy & very judgmental over skinny people. It's so frivolous. There is sadness and starvation in the world. Some people are genetically large in size. Accept it. You get cravings because you eat foods saturated in fats & other GMOS so when you try to stop eating them, your body literally withdraws! I'm 28 5'6" and weigh 140 lbs and I eat what I want. I eat lots of pizza pasta cheese bread and never exercise AND I've had kids! Genes play a large role. Ask any doctor!!!!

  • im sorry but i disagree with you i can go to any restuarant actually iv always eat alot and at my three houtrs and dont actually gain weight its in the body u now diferent poeple not everything is the same

  • you know, I actually sort of agree with you. I'm 100 pounds, and I always say 'I eat like a horse' and lots of people think I eat a lot too, but that's because they usually see me eating what ends up being one of my only intense eating sessions of the day. I do have a very fast metabolism and chronic gastritis, but at the same time I started a calorie count the other day and was shocked to find out I barely get over 1600 a day. it's very frustrating for me now :/

  • for me i eat like 1000 some days and 1600 others the most would be 2200 but that's rare and im fat.

  • mmmmm,... I agree with your first point. I am thin and I don't eat massive amounts of food, I eat slowly in particular, but I don't get full that easily, I would say I am average for women. It def has to do with the metabolism, and things like that. Other people do have to control their weight by exercising and restricting what they eat.

Personally, I think that even if you are thin, we all have to exercise and eat well to prevent diseases and having a good health!!!

  • look up the raw food diet or juice feasting.... you can literally lose 1 pound or more a day. It has been great for my health and weight loss!

Plus the food that we are eating is actually killing us literally! So juicing or eating green leafy vegetable and fruits will detoxify our body and gives your body a chance to digest normal food and clean our colon out.

Also when you are talking about your stomach ot realizing it is full it is because your body is not getting the nutrients it needs!

  • I'm a dancer, and I exercise doing dance everyday. All of the girls in my class are the same. We eat about 3000 to 5000 calories per day. We are thin because we exercise, even though we do eat large portions, LARGE portions. We are naturally thin. I don't understand what you are insinuating.

  • @zTEDDYBEARz it should be easy to understand that I'm not insinuating anything, I'm talking about people I know who are thin, not athletes, not dancers, not everyone in the world

  • @ByeByeBelly Maybe people should start exercising, if they want the freedom to eat more and not really gain weight. They don't have to be ATHLETES . But exercise is 4 EVERYONE in the world to stay healthy and normal! A lot of times those naturally thin people who eat a bunch and don't exercise. ( they exist) They have a high metabolism. Your point is right, but it doesn't apply to everyone. My brother weighs 130 pounds and is 5 ft. 9. and eats a double quarter pounder and chicken nuggets etc

  • @BROADWAYRUNNER10 I also know a chinesse 21 yr. old male and a hispanic girl who eat taco bell at least 8 times a week. I'm 130 pounds and 5 ft. 6 . but I run 50 miles a week and I eat less. They eat a ton and are musicians that don't move around much. I don't know , and think the focus to be thin is stupid. Because I'll always be healthier than the "someone thinner" . Thin doesn't = Healthy .( neither does fat but) thin doesn't mean you are eating right portions or anything. just saying...

  • @BROADWAYRUNNER10 didn't say it applies to everyone. I make it clear Im talking about people I know.

  • I think you are very pretty btw

  • hey byebyebelly if you don't want to answer this question then don't. I'm Just curious how many Large Whole Pizzas can you eat?

  • Regarding shrinking your stomach, I've done it. I had a severe eating disorder for several years in which I barely ate at all. Before this time, I could eat massive amounts of food. By the time I began to recover, I couldn't eat half of what a normal eater would call a meal without feeling incredibly full. It took months to stretch it back out again. So, it is possible, it just takes much longer than people think. It probably took me about a year until I could feel full on a few bites of food.

  • Im one of those girls that're "naturally thin." What i do, I go on weeks eating normal portions so a diet of around 2k calories per day. Then the weeks after I sort of pig out and eat double the amount of calories. So I don't know. I can always outeat my male friends despite being so tiny. It's an interesting topic thats for sure. But the type of "naturally thin" people that you speak of in your video I know a few of those too. Me personally It's different.

  • @JViv1 I tend to eat small portions mostly . . .then I go "eat everything in reach" before period times o_o actualy some of my friends said its same for them

I always feel like such a pig on these, I just want to taste everything xD cakes, pizza, ice cream, cereals, bakery stuff, cheese, condensed milk, chocos, random veggies and fruits . . .

I often fluctuate between gaining and losing 2-3 kgs on these times

  • @Zaxarymi

Oh yeah, for me it isnt like that. I mean my weight has been the same since I was 14, I'm now 20. But yeah, I think I just lucked out because I eat more than anyone I know. Full meals, i really don't know how it fits in my small stomach. You know what, at least your weight stays pretty similar or your body adjusts to the changes right?

  • You should watch the documentary "why are thin people not fat" by the youtbe user annawillpower.

It explains a lot of the things you talk about.

  • Portion control works, instead of a dinner plate, use a bread and butter plate, also wait for 20 minutes after you finished eating, it takes 20 minutes before your brain will tell you that you had enough, if still hungry after 20 minutes eat a little more.

  • When you talk about urges it seems like you are looking for an excuse for your weight - something to blame. I've been eating healthy for the past year or so even though I don't have to in order to stay thin but I do because its good for my overall health. I quit drinking soda because its unhealthy even though I have urges all the time to drink it. I have urges to eat unhealthy foods but I don't because I made a conscious decision to be healthy and I don't give in to every want I have.

  • I disagree. I'm a naturally thin person (5' 6.5" and 115 lbs) and all of my life I have been able to eat so much, I could eat more friends that were bigger than me. I have the hardest time gaining weight and if i don't eat enough high carb foods for a while I start to lose weight. I can easily eat half a pizza and soon after be hungry again for ice cream or something sweet. I know I have a fast metabolism and that is the reason i'm thin- not my portions.

  • @smokalot5100 lol plenty of guys like skinny girls

  • @ByeByeBelly Yeah no thats totally true, i guess i was referring to insanely skinny women (like anorexic status). I've noticed over the years that out of insecurity, some girls lose just too much weight to the extent were it doesn't even look healthy.... Just my input as a guy (Lindsay Lohan < Kim Kardashian )

  • @smokalot5100 Really? Ever heard of different strokes for different folks? Some dudes actually like skinny.

  • @MJFG100 Well i was was just trying to make generalized statements, not have an ethical discussion, I'm also not the one with my face on camera so i don't blame you for taking my comment hyper-literally. I was just throwing out some love to all the HEALTHY women out there.

    Peace

  • ...In addition, while the individual portion sizes may be smaller, naturally thin people eat more often. I eat 4-5 times a day. I am not exceptionally active, though I do walk a lot since I don't drive. But even when I wasn't, this didn't seem to have any impact on my weight.

I am technically a healthy weight, as long as I don't lose anything, so I don't worry about it. But I know plenty of thin people who struggle to put on weight and can't.

  • I gotta disagree. First of all, the reason a larger person can eat more is because their stomach is physically larger. Someone who is thin physically can't eat that much. So comparing portion sizes is logically backwards.

I am naturally thin. I worked in a fast food joint for a while. I was broke and I ate the fast food because it was free. And I actually lost weight. My body simply doesn't process the fat, and so when I eat something that's nutritionally void like fast food I lose weight.

  • i disagree with what you are saying. You have small knoweledge of the science behind the "skinny people". My whole family are naturally skinny and there is nothing to be jealous about...my height is 5.8 and my weight is 7stone my mom is the same size we look really bad...i hate the way i look i try everything to gain weight nothing works! the only comfort is that i can eat large sizes of the food i like, and i do, becouse it makes me feel better i easily eat 2bigmac's, large fries at once.

  • I eat more than my dad, I eat whatever I want whenever I want. In large amounts.

    I am about 48 Pounds, & I am fourteen.

  • I totally understand where your coming from. People say I am naturally thin which so is not the case yes i eat alot. But I am an exercise junkie i love running and cycling and gymnastics lots of sports really and that's what keeps me thin xx

  • buitiful

  • I understand what you mean when you say binge eaters don't feel full so easily as "natural thin" people do, but as a binge eater I can say the point is not at all to feel full. You are not supposed to feel full at all, you should just stop feeling hungry. And I can say that practicing mindfulness through yoga, I started paying more attention on the food I eat and there clearly is a moment when you could say: "ok, I'm not hungry anymore". This will not satisfy you, but just at the beginning...

  • Read the book "Master Your Metabolism" by Jillian Michaels - it talks a lot about why our hormones get messed up and how the messages for hunger and being full get completely distorted. For example - there's something called Leptin Resistance (Leptin is the hormone that makes you feel satisfied/full) - where your body produces so much of it that it kills the receptor sites that recognize it, and your body stops responding to it. and the more fat you have, the more Leptin you produce.

  • @lainyyyy Interesting!

  • @lainyyyy

Great advice. Or you could watch The Secret Of Weight Loss on my channel. Anyone can get themself to have a low appetite and not crave foods. Everyone can be incontrol of their body. You can also change your metabolism. And you can change the size of your stomache without a surgery. You can get your body to do this on it's own. The Secret of Weight Loss calls this setting your body to 'slim mode' and anyone can do it.

  • I love the part when you say 'basically this video is kinda pointless'. Great to hear; thanks. Lol.

  • it's not about small portions. i eat massive portions -- whole pizzas, bags of chips, huge poutines whenever i want and don't gain weight. but i also get a lot of exercise just from my job and biking to and from it. going to the gym for an hour a day isn't going to make you lose a lot of weight if you drive a car and sit at a desk all day, you know?

and i guess i eat proper food and regular portions most of the time also..

  • Some of them do have fast metabolism or even hyperthyroidism. It sucks for us heavier bingeaters. Like you said, we just don't feel full. I think there may be a chemical or hormone missing, I don't know I'm not a science genius, but whatever it is that tells our brain that we are full. When I try to eat smaller portions, I get severe headache and nausea, so I have to eat more just to feel better. I don't know if I will ever lose weight. :(

  • The biggest difference is the fact that the skinny girls dont binge eat. And you could eat whatever you wanted too if you didnt eat too much.....

    Durr

  • I understand this video isn't abt every thin person, bt I can really put it away. Im 5ft9, 117lbs & a size 0. I can eat a large pizza by myself. I constantly eat all day & even drink protein shakes bc my metabolism is so fast I need to eat in massive amounts. My mother is the same way, as is my sister. My grandmother as well. I have friends thin like me. So there is a definite group of people who are naturally thin. & I NEVER exercise. So that has nothing to do w/my physique.

  • @drdawn86 Yes indeed. When I can persuade enough people to join my study, I will produce it. Already having a degree, the academic part is not a bother for me at all. I don't need anyone's luck either. Just effort. Not that I don't already know such people exist, coming from a long family line of such thin people (who still ate cakes, biscuits etc...) and all lived well into their 90's. Lucky genetics? Yes, it exists, and yes, people are jealous.

  • @drdawn86 It was based on an academic study, I also collect academic studies to reinfornce the fact we "super fast metabolisms" do exist. I sure know I do. I've lived with my body like this all my life and know it well. I do not worry about "metabolism slowing down" because I only eat as much as I need to. A my metabolism slows, I will automatically eat less. That is why naturally thin people stay thin. We have very good inbuilt appetite regulators.

  • @drdawn86 Bring it on, I need to put on weight. As for having the most muscle now, hahaha I hardly have any muscles. I reckon I will be like my grandad who is just as thin as he was as a 20 year old, I take after the same genetics as he has.

  • People who eat "whatever they want" and don't gain weight, become more unhealthy and have risk for heart attacks and diabetes. They might not gain weight, but it's very unhealthy to eat Mcdonalds 5 pieces of pizzas whatever, they'll end up dying earlier... In the end

  • @livlaughluvcammi My cholesterol and blood pressure are very much below average. So much for the "risk for heart attacks and diabetes". Wrong again .

  • @livlaughluvcammi All the naturally thin folk in my family had no diseases and lasted well into their 90's. They ate cake, biscuits, etc.... I really believe genetics are on our side.

  • Don't worry about bein thin like everyone else ur soooo pretty!

  • can i just say, i am 5'7 and 120lb and i eat about 3000calories a day, i am constantly eating and I dont gain a pound. ive been trying to gain weight for years and no luck. so i think your wrong hunny!

  • @gugugaga55 This is not about every single thin person in the world. I clearly say this is about thin people I know. If I ate 3000 calories a day I would probably lose weight. I eat more like 5 thousand.

  • @ByeByeBelly You eat 5 thousand calories a day?! Jesus. You seriously have no right to ever be upset about your weight. Ever. You could eat and eat and eat all day long stuffing your belly and if it was with HEALTHY food instead of junk (how about NO pieces of pizza!) you could EASILY stay under 2000 calories. Do you realize 5000 is TWICE as much as your supposed to have to MAINTAIN weight?! It is NOT portion that is your problem.

  • @ByeByeBelly There was a research done on prisoners in the 50's in Illinois, I think. The doctor made them eat as much as they could (up to 15000 calories/day). They all started to gain weight, but some just stopped at some point; others kept on going. We all have a "set point" weight which is the weight we'll always go back to if we fall off track. This was a survival mechanism when people had to fight for their food. The ones with the higher set points would survive longer.

  • @ByeByeBelly Some have a low set point and others have a very high set point. This is why people like Victoria Beckham can have a 22' waist and say it's because of exercise and diet. I know some people who eat trash and are simply 5kg overweight. Look up "hCG". It will show you a new world.

  • @ByeByeBelly Try going on a diet, missy. Just eat fruits all day.

Force yourself to go on the treadmill. Start by doing ten or 15 minutes. Remember what they say :

    no pain, no gain!

  • @gugugaga55 can i ask u something when u say u eat a whooping 3000kc a day....do u burn it off...i mean do u do any sport or u move a lot during the day...

  • @gugugaga55 u also burn some calories. and if you consistently eat 3,000 each day, you'll start putting on weight. However, if one day you eat less, you slow down your weight gain.

  • @gugugaga55 OMG SO TRUE!!!!! I've always been very curvy, but thin & I've had a child. I'd say I fluctuate between 130-140 lbs & I eat 3-4000 calories a day. I eat lots of starchy foods also! My doctor was even concerned with my lack of weight gain when I was pregnant. Even the women in my family are all thin. I practically live off of pasta, too! LOVE IT I've been told by several doctors that your metabolism and genes play a large factor in how your body digests and processes food. :)

  • Did you skip the ad to?

  • Have you tried eating more fiber ? You know sometimes drinking a full glass of water before and after will help you fill more full. I would seek help towards a nutritionist or a doctor to help you achieve your goal. Even if you don't feel full, stop eating. If you spread out food every hour to give you something to eat then you will loose weight because you are not eating large portions every hour.
