Never played the first one, but i am picking up my copy of mass effect 2 tomorrow.. am i gonna be totally lost or will this game still be playable without ever touching the first game.

It is not a feel, it is a fact. As far as I know, in RPGs and JRPGs there are coming more than 5-8 exclusives for PS3. In overall easy, more than 20 exclusives (action/adventure/racing-sports/arcade/RTS a lot of variety in genres). It have more exclusives, is just depends if the casual to hardcore gamers like them.
And I like most of the games coming up next for PS3, also, there are included some Revolutionary games.

No, I read the recent news, Bioware said there is not gonna be ME2 on PS3, because ME1 is not on PS3. Actually Bioware will work on PS3 but in other new games.
And actually there are strongly rumors, I don't want to say the name, from the most popular from Epic game on Xbox ported to PS3. Epic games didn't denied but it didn't confirm aswell for PS3.

Bioware didn't actually say no or yes they are keeping it quiet about it, whenever asked if it was coming to PS3 they'd say "This game is coming to PC & Xbox 360" and they also say "We have no idea what you're talking about and they say "we can't say anything about that". If it was not they would just say "no, it's not coming to PS3" and i haven't seen any blogs about that and i check N4G daily which has all gaming news.
There are recent news with Bioware saying ME2 is not coming on PS3, because if they don't put ME1 to PS3, there is no way ME2 on PS3. So, they need to put ME1 1st (very complicated, because it is Microsoft the publisher), then ME2 is more easy, because EA is the publisher and not Microsoft. But how can they port ME2 if the 1st one is not already available for PS3.
You are comparing a Hack n Slash with an RPG. Why not FFXIII or FF Versus XIII, White Knight Chronicles or Last Rebellion, but God of War 3? Not even in the same genre.

people if you want to talk about exclusives, its depends on what you like. What one guy likes another may despise. For example, I think halo is boring, but I like gears of war. I Love Killzone 2, but thought motorstorm sucked. someone else may have the opposite preferences. Bioware didn't actually say no or yes they are keeping it quiet about it, whenever asked if it was coming to PS3 they'd say "This game is coming to PC & Xbox 360" and they also say "We have no idea what you're talking about and they say "we can't say anything about that". If it was not they would just say "no, it's not coming to PS3" and i haven't seen any blogs about that and i check N4G daily which has all gaming news.

There are recent news with Bioware saying ME2 is not coming on PS3, because if they don't put ME1 to PS3, there is no way ME2 on PS3. So, they need to put ME1 1st (very complicated, because it is Microsoft the publisher), then ME2 is more easy, because EA is the publisher and not Microsoft. But how can they port ME2 if the 1st one is not already available for PS3.

You are comparing a Hack n Slash with an RPG. Why not FFXIII or FF Versus XIII, White Knight Chronicles or Last Rebellion, but God of War 3? Not even in the same genre.

Mass Effect is sick, my point is that 360 has to many science fiction shooters/rpg's. Thats why Im glad Ps3 is getting God Of War 3, White Knight Chronicles, and Heavy Rain in February and March! I'd rather have Sony's exclusives than Microsofts!!!

Well, you can play a better version of Dantes Inferno, that is GoW, but only for PS3.
I recommend you Mass Effect 2 for PC (better graphics than Xbox).

people if you want to talk about exclusives, its depends on what you like. What one guy likes another may despise. For example, I think halo is boring, but I like gears of war. I Love Killzone 2, but thought motorstorm sucked. someone else may have the opposite preferences. You can't say the ps3 is shit or the xbox is shit because you dont like it, or in many cases never played it. I used to have the 360, thought it was ok, played ps3 thought it was better, so i switched consoles. its my opinion

Would you please list these 20 "GOTY worthy" 360 exclusives? Unless you're being sarcastic, of course, considering the 360 will have 6 major exclusives in 2010 (4 for PC), and the PS3 having around 7 or 8 (none for PC).
