I'm in the middle of making a Way to Dawn and I think I've found an awesome, easier way to make them out of foam core board. If the Way to Dawn turns out as I hope, I will likely be opening commissions for other keyblades.

@aznboyellow1 Bad News, I don't have footage of how it was made; I've posted to the best of my ability how it was made, but I wasn't the one who designed and did it. The good news is I'm currently making the Way to Dawn keyblade. I'm keeping records of my steps and taking tons of pictures. When I find the method that works best and get it finished, I'll post a video explaining how to do that one.

@katetampakaki The font was downloaded from fonts.com. Simply search "Kingdom Hearts" and download it. Then, go into Windows Explorer an do OS > WINDOWS > Fonts. Save the file in there and it should be available for Word and all other software.

For the music, I get it all from kh-vids.net. Navigate the site and you'll find all the songs.

@ParrallaxMedia The keyblade itself is actually between 3 and 4 feet long, so it is completely life-size. I've posted pictures on my DeviantArt of it as part of my cosplay. Also, Way to Dawn is my next keyblade as well.

@TriforceHand11 A friend made it by piecing together wood. Basically, she printed out a huge picture of it, cut wood into segments, sanded it, put them together, and painted.

@deathgod409 Thanks for the praise. The video doesn't exactly do the Star Seeker justice. It stands around 4-5 feet tall. One such reason it may seen smaller is due to proportionality. The Star Seeker touches the ground perfectly for Sora, who is shorter than myself. Thus the blade had to be made proportional.

@creepycritters Actually, I'm still working on that concept. I've read that you can use foam or plywood and cover it with paper mache. However, I have heard mixed reviews of both foam and paper mache. I'm thinking of using plywood carving of it and using clay (or WonderFlex) to shape it. WonderFlex is expensive, but I've heard it's totally worth it.
