Kloud, maybe it is because Riku sensed Zexion's Darkness, not his own, maybe he's just able to. And maybe Kairi meant something in the way of this: Darkness is only bad if you use it for bad purposes, think of it, if you used darkness to defend yourself and fight for the good then I wouldn't see a bad thing in it. Now, please answer my question. :)

In this Chain of Memories' Cutscene Zexion says Riku opened the Door to Darkness, is it true? did Riku and not the heartless do it? Please answer.

Yeah, it's still Chain of Memories. I think after beating the game, you get to play as Riku. I could be wrong, there may be something else you have to do.
