On June 10, 2010, all four of the Howell's children were issued restraining orders in Barnstable Juvenile Court, demanding that they STAY AWAY from the child of Taryn and Dennis, whom they'd harassed for years at the instruction of their hateful parents, Ron & Christine Howell. The neighborhood calmed down for the first time in five years, thanks to new anti-bullying legislation of May 2010 in Massachusetts.

Janet Joakim writes bad checks, doesn't pay her taxes and abuses her authority with local committees so flagrantly that she caused the entire Zoning Board of Appeals to resign under protest of her attempts to bully them into a controversial decision. She is up for re-election in November 2009.

Hundreds of people are organizing to make sure she never serves another day in Barnstable politics.

A jury reviewed the entire unedited video of this event and found Dennis NOT Guilty on March 12, 2009.

Ron & Christine LIED to a jury about the events in the unedited video, in spite of their awareness of it being shown in court.

These are the kind of reckless liars town councilor Janet Joakim finds credible.

Small wonder she lost her seat as President of the council.

It is time for Janet Joakim to cut these violent freaks off, admit poor judgment, and suggest that her unstable friends get some help. A good start for Ron Howell would be to stop hanging around the end of his neighbor's driveway! As for Christine Howell, she may want to stop stalking Dennis at his work sites and concentrate on repairing the damage she has done to her family resulting from her sick obsession with this Dennis guy. Time to grow up, and get a life, folks! Hint: STAY AWAY!

Call me confused! Isn't the guy carrying on like a nutcase the one considered the victim in this case? And what a wife! I've seen the police report on this. The paperwork sure doesn't match the show! I didn't even see the "offender" until the end of the clip! Dennis, The Dad, appears to be the victim. He's clearly chasing a bunch of maniacs off his property! What gives? Since when is chasing a bunch of punching, spitting lunatics off your property a crime?

If the police will not file charges against these neighbors, the individual who was spit on and punched can certainly apply for his own criminal compalints against this couple, who appear to have no impulse control.

If her fellow town councilors are not concerned about the abusive blog attacks of their council president, perhaps the State Ethics Commission would take a look.
