do you use the toothpast and the mouthwash or just the toothpaste

I've been using CLOSYS, for several month now recommended by my dentist, glad to say Closys

really works it killed all the germs and bad bacteria in my mouth and eliminated bad breath in my mouth. I use it twice a day for 2minutes everytime I use it.

I no longer use any mouth liguids containing Alcohole. This stuff saved my gums.

@LASVEGASNYC I just bought some. Is it harmful to enamel? I bought it as a preventative measure so I dont develop gingivitas or periodontis.

I am also wondering If I can use this for my dog if I get a rubber finger toothbrush and dip it in some Closys and then apply to his teeth and gums.
