Yes, we do do live performances. If you happen to catch us at a convention -- we're only on the East Coast, though! -- just ask and we'll give you a long list to choose from.

We've also been guests at New York Anime Festival for the past two years, performing on stage and teaching dances as well. :D

Yes, we did! We had a straight performance on Friday night (you can check the NYAF 2009 playlist for videos) and a teaching panel Sunday afternoon.

Why so short? The original song is like.. 4 minutes long.

A good question, one we get a lot. There are several reasons we keep our dances short:

-some are anime OPs and EDs, only about 90 seconds long. We like to keep length consistent, generally 90-120 seconds.

-full dances repeat in several sections and they get boring to watch. D:

-there are only four of us, so we can't always pull off what other groups can do.

-One more reason, but it put me over the text limit....

-we do live performances and frequently. If we were to dance four minutes at a time ALL the time, we'd tire ourselves out in a great hurry. We're not professionals, we just do this for funsies :D (Even the pros have shortened versions of their songs, though!)

When we started doing Berryz dances, it was a strange coincidence that I ALWAYS wound up with Momoko's part, so now it's become a running joke among us that I ***LUVVVVV*** Momoko, so I must always have her solos. XD (I get Saki's when she has them, though. Poor Captain! She needs more attention!)
