The Best Ahi...Tumon, Guam ~ Proa Restaraunt.

Or cook it like this yourself.

    Awesome video, Dude.

Oh Yeah, haupea ~ da kine !

  • I've been here. There's nothing like Hawaiian ahi.

  • Chef! what happened to all your videos? i havent been on for awhile. i come back and most of your videos are gone.

  • I had tuna like that once before. All I'll say was that it had an extremely fishy taste. Kind of like the smell of dead fish along the sea shore. For living in the middle of the country in the winter time, I would expect it to smell like dead fish.

  • Love your videos so much!!!

  • Hey Chef Todd,Did you ever hear that saying,"Don't ever trust a skinny Chef" ?

Welllllllll, can we trust you ? Do you eat your own food ? Just kidding ! Love your UTUBE channel ! Thanx !

  • Jason was gonna shake your hand. bro.

  • Why aren't you on Food Network or PBS yet? You are awesome! You don't just teach recipes. You get down to the basics. That's very refreshing in this day and age.

That tuna looks amazing. The only difference I would make is that I would probably sear the sides a little bit too. No matter what, that meal looks awesome.

  • good video

  • A+ video. Glad to be able to comment again! Now I want some Ahi Tuna.

  • Next time you go to Hawaii and need someone to carry your bags let me know and I'll go!

  • Hahaha, you were gonna say "you'd be fucking stoked" or something regarding the instrument analogy in the beginning. Great vid!

  • Damn! Where were you yesterday?

Last night I cooked some cod and pretty much screwed that up.

I still ate it cus I was hungry but it didn't taste like anything.

  • LOL, the cashier looked so excited. I'm glad you re-opened comments.

I always get my tuna like that in restaurants, or when I'm lucky enough to find a good piece of tuna. Most meats or fish I like a bit more cooked, but it works with tuna well.

  • wow, that was really fast!
