I looked at this place and haarp and compared the two. Haarp's grid is a perfect square shape, the grid in NV is more irregular. Who knows what it is... weird timing for those clouds, though.
Let me also say I have done much research on haarp IT IS REAL but some things people are seeing are just radar signatures, not to say we are not in danger from all this haarp energy flooding the planet. I think they might be using haarp and chem trails together for some reason, maybe to block the high radiation from the sun and who knows what else, they keep us surfs in the dark about such things.

I just thought I'd let you know that when I was checking the intellius website today (as I do everyday) and I found the "rays" that you pointed out on your vid. I live in Las Vegas and things are always crazy here, but no one believes me. Anyway, I don't know how to copy the page with that eaxct image so I did take a pic of it w/ my crappy camera. The Sun is a convenient source of radio waves. You can see this yourself by watching weather radar around sunrise or sunset. Radar works by emitting a very short pulse of microwave radiation. Then it listens for the weak returns for a short time (since a radar beam is line of sight, there is no point is listening for returns past 200 miles or so because of the curvature of the earth, or roughly 1 millisecond).
The time it takes to hear the return gives you the "range" or distance to the object that reflected the beam. When the sun is low on the horizon, THE RADAR RECEIVER PICKS UP THE RADIATION AS IF IT WERE A CONTINUOUS RETURN, and it's visible on all of the weather radars.
As Civil Engineer, I know all gravel/mineral pits have haul roads. This dry area would reveal scarring for centuries. There are no indications of this AT ALL. They are anomalies. Many misleading claims of quarries or mines. Nonsense. The surface evidence does not support this. Also, the crescent-shaped features are extremely uniform in size and geophysical angle, which would be HIGHLY unlikely for large, natural elements so close together, but would rather indicate intelligent design.
Funny, I literally live within 10 miles of that "Facility" I have lived out here for many years. Recently, they have been putting in Geo thermal plants out there. I am 99% sure there is NOTHING out there. In fact, Ill drive out there myself and look. I'm almost certain your wrong. Besides, Fallon Naval base is close, why would they put a HAARP out there when they can put it on their 1000's of acres of land on their base. Fallon is one of the largest and most important bases in USA.
I put up two cell towers on top of Morning Hill Ridge, the only things out on that desert are piles of dirt left over from a locale defunked mining camp. Suggest that you take a real good look at what HAARP antennae look like.

There is no HAARP facility at the location you gave. The only thing there are some strip mines. I work with CR Minerals (who mine pumace and diatomic earth, which is used in anything from paint to soap to asphalt). CRM has a mine near Fernley. Plus there are other companies mining in that area. I have been to the plant in Fernley and watched the big trucks hall the stuff to the processing plant there. Google cr minerals and fernley.

@HiPointMan Fallon is not in the middle of the state but right off highway 50 where I have been. He saw a blip from the radar in Fallon at the NAS. You are not going to hide that stuff in that location. Many good points can be made then they jump to a far out conclusion that kills any credibility they might have had.
if this is a true radar image, then you need to study a little simple antenna theory. you will have rf forming at the rear of any directional antenna. you need to look more in the middle of the bubble or more into fallon, in which case look for two transmitters (that are directional)
@causations i agree with you. those are not dishes, they are exploritory digging around a mine. you can cleary see that they are pits where someone with a bulldozer was moving away the earth to get closer to where the mineral might be that they are mining. people should be looking fo a directional array more towards the city of fallon or in the city. and it's gonna need alot of juice (although there may not be a substation nearby because of gas lines and generators or underground electric).

I just thought I'd let you know that when I was checking the intellius website today (as I do everyday) and I found the "rays" that you pointed out on your vid. I live in Las Vegas and things are always crazy here, but no one believes me. Anyway, I don't know how to copy the page with that eaxct image so I did take a pic of it w/ my crappy camera. The Sun is a convenient source of radio waves. You can see this yourself by watching weather radar around sunrise or sunset. Radar works by emitting a very short pulse of microwave radiation. Then it listens for the weak returns for a short time (since a radar beam is line of sight, there is no point is listening for returns past 200 miles or so because of the curvature of the earth, or roughly 1 millisecond).

The time it takes to hear the return gives you the "range" or distance to the object that reflected the beam. When the sun is low on the horizon, THE RADAR RECEIVER PICKS UP THE RADIATION AS IF IT WERE A CONTINUOUS RETURN, and it's visible on all of the weather radars.

As Civil Engineer, I know all gravel/mineral pits have haul roads. This dry area would reveal scarring for centuries. There are no indications of this AT ALL. They are anomalies. Many misleading claims of quarries or mines. Nonsense. The surface evidence does not support this. Also, the crescent-shaped features are extremely uniform in size and geophysical angle, which would be HIGHLY unlikely for large, natural elements so close together, but would rather indicate intelligent design.

Funny, I literally live within 10 miles of that "Facility" I have lived out here for many years. Recently, they have been putting in Geo thermal plants out there. I am 99% sure there is NOTHING out there. In fact, Ill drive out there myself and look. I'm almost certain your wrong. Besides, Fallon Naval base is close, why would they put a HAARP out there when they can put it on their 1000's of acres of land on their base. Fallon is one of the largest and most important bases in USA.

There is no HAARP facility at the location you gave. The only thing there are some strip mines. I work with CR Minerals (who mine pumace and diatomic earth, which is used in anything from paint to soap to asphalt). CRM has a mine near Fernley. Plus there are other companies mining in that area. I have been to the plant in Fernley and watched the big trucks hall the stuff to the processing plant there. Google cr minerals and fernley.

@HiPointMan Fallon is not in the middle of the state but right off highway 50 where I have been. He saw a blip from the radar in Fallon at the NAS. You are not going to hide that stuff in that location. Many good points can be made then they jump to a far out conclusion that kills any credibility they might have had.

if this is a true radar image, then you need to study a little simple antenna theory. you will have rf forming at the rear of any directional antenna. you need to look more in the middle of the bubble or more into fallon, in which case look for two transmitters (that are directional)

@causations i agree with you. those are not dishes, they are exploritory digging around a mine. you can cleary see that they are pits where someone with a bulldozer was moving away the earth to get closer to where the mineral might be that they are mining. people should be looking fo a directional array more towards the city of fallon or in the city. and it's gonna need alot of juice (although there may not be a substation nearby because of gas lines and generators or underground electric).
