Hmm... it's certainly not a tornado, though technically it *could* be called a waterspout. Contrary to popular opinion, a waterspout is *not* simply a tornado over water, but runs by a similar process to dust devils and the occasional firestorm-vortex; rising heated air begins to spin, and if it manages to organize... well, see for yourself, here. :}

it's not a waterspout but a vortex formed from the swirling, rising updraft of hot air and air convection. It is similar to the fire whirl or fire tornado.

Not sure what you mean by "pure" sulphuric acid though. You do realize that sulphuric acid is hygroscopic (absorbs water on its own)...therefore diluting itself...
