you don't know whats wrong? how are you a programmer then ? Cause thats why : The Compiler doesn't read from a custom button it reads from the Windows Button . And in vista or any mod of Windows XP the Button File Isn't same .
It's because that when you export the .exe, it looks for the manifest only in the current directory only to be not able to find it, so you need to keep the manifest in the same folder at all times to keep it XP style.
I saw a different tutorial that said to change the filename to "exename.exe.manifest", so i changed it to the exe of my file (thats what it said) and it came up with the stupid error sound. Thanks to you it works ok now, you rule!
Youre welcome! Thanks for the subscription. Havent been makin many videos recently, cuz theres like no time where im the only one home. I prefer silence in my videos :)
This is a void of copyright, it's best not to repurduce the file without give credit to the owner of this manifest... easy to find if you search google for the manifest..
no idea what you said, but this is a code to make the manifest, if you have this you can see exactly what goes on your computer, instead of putting some random manfest on. Plus i dunno who made the manifest, but theyre geniouses.
HOW TO MAKE IT WORK:
Set app compatibility to windows 95 or other. and it works!

Now I've got it. The compiled executable Project1.exe must have in the same folder a manifest with the name Project1.exe.manifest
Thanks for posting. Your video helped.
