@cptwalker001 He visits guests and is in the parade, as shown here in these videos for example, and I've seen him in the parade too. Also if you want to find out what time the Hatter or Peter Pan is out go to City Hall in Main Street and they'll tell you, like they told me and my best friend when we went in April.
