The Difference is the leather saddle bags,the tooled leather seat ,wide whitewalls and spoked wheels also cruise control as standard and a nice nostalgic tank badge as opposed to painted graphics

Those chrome laced wheels against those whitewalls really stand out with that black! It's just a shame that Harley Davidson dropped 3 of its best colors that I've ever seen on their bikes. Those colors would be laser red, mystic green, & sinister blue pearl. Come on Willie G.... give us some color choices.

My 1999 FLHR (regular) Road King came with the wide white walls and spokes. I think the only real difference is the saddlebags themselves.

Somebody should make performance comparison video between the older harley road king twincam 88 and the newer twincam 96 rk as stock. Like acceleration or top speed just to see does that 6hp difference make any difference for speed.

ps. Dont get me wrong, I'm not harley hater even when I ride japanese street bike myself. I'm just curious.
