Its a great place. Definately developing. Alot of the trees in this vid are gone now and are apartments. Only bad things about COQ are the gang shootings. Thats about it. Homeless people near lions park area but thats not really a bad thing as long as you dont park near there while leaving stuff left in view from the windows. Nice place though.
I used to live on Eagleridge Drive in the 80s. I can't believe how much the trees have grown and filled out since then. Looks really nice. When I lived there, Guildford Way stopped at Lansdowne (by the 7-Eleven). Now it goes all the way through towards the mall. Cool.

Coquitlam urban sprawls out of control. In a decade, there'll be houses up to the mountain ridge.
