I like how they "can't explain it". Who are these idiots? The shark has receptors on its skin to detect the movement of prey via electric currents. Magentic fields can create an electrical current, and if the field is strong enough it's like shining a spotlight into a person's eyes. They look away because it's so intense.

here in egypt, there are divers who use something (I don't know what it is) to keep sharks out !! it's something like a watch maybe I reckon it release something like radio active waves causes sharks to stay away, I saw them in one of the natural reserves @ Sharm el-Shiekh, Red sea. I have never heard of this device anywhere!!!!

anyways, it probably has to do with animals ability to follow the earths magnetic field, so the shark may have a organic piece of "metal" or "magnet" in its head (im not too clear about this, but i know that certain migratory birds, fish, insects ect. have it) that helps them navigate that could be causig the unpleasant effect on the little shark guy
