@pcproff On the 39th floor you could hear it clearly but it wasn't loud by any stretch. I was told there are 50 floors.

Im staying at Encore in April but in August i think im gonna try one of these one bedroom suites. did u book the premium view room or did you just book the regular one bedroom and they gave you this view?

@cbb34 I paid for a Terrace Studio with a premium view and they upgraded us to the Terrace One Bedroom with the premium view. They told me at the front counter they try and give the upgrades away when available. I didn't even ask to be upgraded, it was already done when we arrived.
