Only a couple of bands on Facedown are good. Back in the early days the majority of bands they sold were great! Even their distro was good. Now they release a lot of boring "scene" or emo type bands mixed with breakdowns. Im bored of the weak singing. We need more brutality in the Christian hardcore scene. Less tight jeans and tight shirts.

Facedown Records was a great label and a pioneer in Christian hardcore. They set the tone in a lot of ways. But why are they always releasing such crappy bands? I mean im so sick of this scene emo trash. Where are the real traditional hardcore and oldschool punk bands? Christians just go from trend to trend. Now its "screamo" remember when it used to be pop punk and ska?

Seriously start looking for some sick killer grindcore brutal death, hc punk. thrash, bands with Christians.

Oh wait they probably dont exist...Sleeping Giant is one of the gayest, most cheesiest bands full of bullocks I have ever seen. They just completely suck and their message is false doctrine full of charismatic trite. Plus they are the typical hyper scene fags that show off everywhere. Most Christian bands act that way...gone are the days of SxFxHxCx. There are also too many Christian sXe dorks as well who put the X before the Cross!!!

If you don't like Hot Topic don't shop there. Simple as that. Where I live the bands and shows don't come through. There are no little local record shops. Hot Topic, Best Buy and Hastings are the only places you can find CD and DVD's from indie labels and lesser known artists sometimes. I'd rather get something from Hot Topic than not at all. Scene kids are going to dress stupid whether or not Hot Topic is around. Hating Hot Topic doesn't make you any more cool so chill out about it.
