@sss104 On 21st September 2009 I met Florence Welch from Florence + The Machine after seeing them perform at te Leeds O2 Academy. I asked her to sign my arm so that I could get it tattooed on the next day. She loved my Kurt Cobain portrait tattoo on the inside of my right forearm, so proceeded to cheekily draw a speech bubble coming from it saying "LOVE FLORENCE". The next day I did as promised and got it tattooed on for life!

I won a Charity Auction to meet & greet Florence backstage + tickets for gig. I raised £427 for Teenage Cancer Trust by being sponsored to dye my hair 'RED LIKE FLORENCE'.

I waited for an hour and a half next to the tour bus after the Sept 09 gig @ Leeds O2, she signed my arm that night and I got it tattooed on the next day. Then I won a Teenage Cancer Trust auction to meet and greet her backstage (when this video was shot, I was showing tattoo) then watch her perform in Blackpool in May 10. I was sponsored to dye my hair Florence Red and raised £427.00, so used that to bid on the auction as 100% of the auction money was going to the charity.

you are SO lucky to meet her properly- I kind half met her and hugged after her gig in bournemouth and it was amazing but didn't get the chance to properly talk to her or anything :(

also, i seem to see you and that tatoo anywhere that florence is mentioned- facebook, her site etc- so it's weird seeing a video of you!
