I don't really know of any really good places, I practice alot on the hills and playing fields in llanmorlais next to penclawdd. There are also some good places in swansea marina, rotherslade next to langland is good but this time of year is full of tourists. Don't really know what type terain your looking to train on, message me if want more detail.

theres a couple of us in llanelli that go down to swansea to do parkour
but honestly theres no good places!
