Here is what I think it should be like, as an optional way of course.
Lets say you have a unit called camera. You make the scenario you want, plot down camera guy (free flying view) as player and when you play the scenario the camera guy has a pause/play scenario button, where he can move around to get a got angle while the action is paused, and a record/stop button.
I dont see why a feature like this wouldnt work in this game.
wow, from one video editor to another i gotta say good job, alot of people struggle with game videos but you got a great cinematic timeline put together here :) enjoyed it very much.
Very Nice indeed !! :o ! That took you some time & effort, i guess! (It could do with the mod for planedoors) This ARMA2-editor is quite a beast to handle!
Element: Armaholic( dot )com. They are called add-ons. There are already dozens of them. Some add-on's from Armed Assault 1 work in ARMA2, so you've already got hundreds to choose from. By December, you will have Thousands to choose from. Operation Flashpoint had 10,000 addons and 3,000 islands. This includes weapons, islands, tanks, trucks, cars, planes, anything!!
awesome clip! only thing i dont like is the air force in arma.. completely wrong lol..and why on earth would strike jets go into a hostile zone with thier lights on? or fly so low ? or not fight in BVR? but thats just arma2 crap not the fault of the film maker...great job 10/10 for the film!
Claudgin: Strike jets wouldn't go into a strike zone with their lights on - but thats a matter in which would have to be scripted. Missions are made in two areas: The editor, and in wordpad scripts. The scripts would tell the AI to keep their lights on-off, I'm not one to really cares about the "Realism" of ARMA2, I care about how fun and exciting it is. :)
I think it's safe to say that this is the best Arma 2 video around at the moment. Much better than the official ones or anything else on Youtube. Looking forward to part two:)

A great showcase of what ArmA 2 is capable of :)
The battle is awesome. Atmospherics are awesome. The voice-overs from OFP are awesome as well.
