It's such a shame most English speaking people do not know who you are. I do and adore you. You are beautiful and so very talented in so many things! I'm so amazed to see you on Youtube. 素敵!
now i see why getting your college degree was so important, i never knew your degree was in music, now i understand. i always thought your degree was in something like business or history. please correct me if i'm wrong.
Your classical training really has helped you to perform your own compositions beautifully. I can really see the intensity you put into the second movement, too. I think it's great to put up a video showcasing the past, since I know that I'd be proud of a performance like this were I able to play this well.
While this may seem off-topic, your hair is so bouncy and silky! I love it. ^^
I love it that you are wiping all over the keys before and after playing. How old were you when you give this performance? I don't suppose you are still performing Beethoven now that you are a singer...
Wow, you are playing piano in a chamber ensemble right now?? Will you be performing any time soon around the Los Angeles area? I would love to hear you playing classical live. It is kindof weird living in the same city as someone who sang the songs to my favourite anime as a child. Can't wait for season 5 of Lost to start. Loved your wiping the keys because I have to do that too after I play the organ at the concert hall, just did that last week.
Wow...such a strong performance in high school piano is really rare. She even had passion in those days! It's great to see she hasn't lost a thing - ever!
What a foundation in music. No wonder she used to be offended by thousands of otaku insisting on calling her Minmay. At first I thought there were two Mari Iijima. Maybe there are?
Mari you are great!!!!!!!!!!!!
