I just spend 4 hours on Broadway today with this amazing guy.
Later two of his friends showed up, Sal, a great great harmonica player and Louis who did the rhythm.
I was sold!!!!!! This is real stuff, right into the street, with the right energy and soul to be able to share this incredible sound and love for the blues with others.
People stopped, smiling, dancing and i could see in their faces there were touched, right into there heart.
Guys.....i love you all.

Floyd Lee (aka Ted Williams, Sr., half of "Ted and Ted") is the ONLY guy who ever sat at Mr. Satan's trapset and played as a one-man band on 125th Street while Mr. Satan (aka Sterling Magee) took a break. He's the dean of NYC street performers, as far as I'm concerned. Ask Wendy Oxenhorn; she'll confirm this.......
