This is a great video !! I have the more more recent 7600i but your explanation here explains things more clearly than the Silverfast website has ever done. There is an amazing lack of straight forward videos of this scanner and the silverfast software

you wont need that kind of speed unless u want like 500 extra frames in crysis.. lets see... 280 suppose to be 50% faster than 9800GX2... in tri sli... so that would be like about a 350% preformance increase than 9800gx2 in 2way sli. remember... about $600 for ONE

the gx2 is at most 30% better than an 8800ultra, the gtx 280 is 50% better than the ultra and is also tri sli.(I think, ill wait for Logan to confirm that one)
