I watched different visions of this dish in youtube, it seemed to me every one had his own recipe due to the different regions. The first of this dish I had was Szechuan style in canned from China when I was a little kid, it was very popular then in HK, with a lot of bamboo shoots in it. The other vision was stirred fried with Chinese leeks which were commonly found in most of the restaurants in HK too. Both visions were very hot but delicious.
