Dude, get powerplant(or how you call it) before building something that takes your power off. If you do this your defense wont go down.

you could also record nice vids, without using gamecam or fraps etc.

just connect your pc to a television, and use a dvd recorder (if you have one) to record it all.

It really works and gives awesome quality, so you don't even have to run such programs that speed down your pc
