  • @Macsk8ing

I can tell you, you are wrong.

I know many guitarists that buy them at the same time. does it matter?

stop being a self righteous prick!!

  • @nerfboy98 no, the mg is the worst amp....

  • @Macsk8ing i agree, but not all line 6s are bad. the valve head with a good cab really sounds great. i can tell hes spoiled too

  • not to sound like a snob, im not even a guitarist, but what a waste of a gibson

  • should have got a marshal mg 15 fx

  • Where'd you get this?... I want it.

  • shitty amp, amazing guitar... I would rather have an epi les paul 100 and a marshall half stack than a 57 goldtop and a spider...

  • @ONLYUSEmeMOM Epiphones don't feel anything like gibsons. This amp wasn't bought to go on stage, and it's easy to carry around. A half stack is not.

  • @LeMaitreDeSorts Dude I have an exact same setup with a 92' standard

  • I watch this to experiance something i will never get to do :/ .......

  • samekind as my uncle

  • i would give my left nut to see that when he picks it up the neck falls off XD

  • Gibson FTW right? ;D

  • jealous......

  • this isnt even that expensive of a guitar

  • @Nostalgia404 so what?

  • @RedTV8888 im talking about/to the guy talking abouth the amp-guitar price range

  • decent guitar, but why the crappy amp?

  • wtf dude how dare you play that guitar through such a shit amp i pray to god thats not your first guitar

  • that took alot of unwrapping to actually get to the guitar lol

  • great song mate. should've got a Fender Jazzmaster though.

  • I can tell you are just a spoiled begginer, no one buys an amp and guitar at the same time, unless you're a begginer, and second, no one buys a line 6 amp.

  • @Macsk8ing your a douche line 6 is a decent amp for the price and the guitar isnt that grate anyway its a studio after all low end gibson and if you order your things online and know what you want you will buy an amp and a guitar gees just pissed off cause your broke

  • @Macsk8ing oh shuttup

  • why would u buy a line 6 15 watt if u can afford an usa gibson les paul?

  • you are so stupid u should buy a line 6 120w and a cheaper guitar the amp is like 85 % of your tone NOOB

  • @ILikeToPlayGuitarToo Its more of a 83.4 % of the tone.

  • @MrArchfail yes=)

  • @MrArchfail Experiments have led me to the conclusion that is actually 83.52342% of the tone.I am currently conducting more to make the results more accurate.

  • i am not a big fan of line 6 and gibson studio,it just doesnt sound so good for me!! i prefer a good custom!! i know you give way more money but you can say that you have a GUITAR!! the customs are amazing...the standards are great...and the studios are good!!

  • Everyone has a starting point and I would imagine a top of the range guitar, and any amp would be good. You may practice on whatever amp you have and then when you get the chance play your guitar through a friends, top of the range amp. The real bonus would be if he had a very good amp and a lesser guitar!

  • my same guitar...when I unboxed it I was impressed by the shiny hardware and its very good smell!

but that guitar definitely deserves a 100W Marshall amp!

  • nice guitar, feel bad it has to be played through that though.

People don't know how bad line 6 spiders are until they play a nice tube amp.

  • I bought a VOX 50W Valvetronix amp with my Gibson Les Paul, it's a large piece of equipment and only cost i think £179 (was on sale).

  • Nice guitar... but bad amp!

  • will someone please respond to this!!! WHY ARE LINE 6 AMPS BAD!!!!!!!! My grandma bought me a line 6 spider iv 75 watt amp for my bar mitzvah. I cant seem to find a lot of bad things about it. Will someone please tell me!!!!!!!

  • @megasuperblast its not a good line 6 amp there are better line 6 amps out there

thats a 15 watt amp which is pretty pointless on such a sexy guitar

  • @999m4em is my line 6 spider iv 75 watt amp good for a gibson les paul studio faded cherry?

  • @megasuperblast no, get a valve/tube amp

  • @Miteour17 what would be a good cheap amp?

  • @megasuperblast there's no good cheap amps? you need to spend alot to get alot, and the most decent amp around 100 is a roland cube but if you spend a little more to get a laney cub12r you wont regret it!

or save up and get a marshall JCM800

  • @Miteour17 is the Vox Custom AC15C1 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp a good amp? sorry for all of the questions

  • Roland Microcube everytime. Has just a "tone" knob and lots of effects, different distortion and clean channels (can't play them all at once which is good when getting familiar with a guitar). Playing the house, jamming or busking, this amp is pound for pound best (and cheapest) amp around. You need something else bigger than this for a live gig but we spend 99% percent of our time practicing and jamming and 1% playing live. This is a sound investment from beginner to a life-long player.

  • i didnt know the faded model came with hardshell case

  • If I buy Gibson in future, I would for sure buy Marshall soon after

  • very nice geeetar but dude thats a shitty amp :P

  • Shitty amp, chill guitar.

  • nice guitar, but you definately need another amp in the future...

  • Nice axe man !!! Even though I ain't a big line 6 fan but hey, if u like it .. You don't need anything else .. Rock and roll mah man !

  • To be honest, I would have got a top of the range epiphone and a better amp, but that's just my opinion

  • lol u spend 700 bucks on a gibson and like 100 bucks on an amp.....really come on dude save ur money and dont buy shit<------i tell this to all the kids that are desperate for upgrading but dont have the money

  • people, line 6 is a great amp line. probably should have gone for something bigger and newer but the gibson prevented that from being an option. now gibson... they are only good for one genre, and no matter how you look at it, they are too evpensive. other brands are cheaper and go for a bigger variety in style. look at jackson, goes from def leppard to tso to lamb of god. and i think iron maiden. also cheaper. and schecter is just sooooo good all around

  • when i saw the title of the vid i just laughed....

  • Lol... cool guitar bad amp not a good combination...

  • everyone knows Gibson and Marshall are like Salt and Pepper.... even know, both of them are crap

  • Let's play now!

  • Fender and Marshal make the best reasonably priced amplifiers.

  • nice guitar, but why go for a shity amp?

  • @XXXDJH101XXX

line 6 isn't the nicest amp you can get but seeing as how he got a studio he probably couldn't afford something big, as long as it's a les paul who cares.

  • @ItIshMehXD

    yeah

  • Should of bought a Marshall stack

  • nnnnnnnniiiiiccccceeee man i'm getting a gibson les paul platinum edition nnnniiicccceee gibson dude

  • nice guitar but not a nice amp

    like ur vid btw

  • de quantos w é mesmo o teu amp pedro?(:

  • Spider III are shit amps I compared my Spider IV 75 to my god brothers old Spider III 75 now I know why everyone hates the spider III the distortion is crappy and if u crank the amp it sounds horrible

  • @CrushedJustice i got the IV 75 too, its soooooo nice, got a nice AC/DC like crunch at class A right now

  • Why spend so much money on a guitar to get a cheap amp? The amp is like 80% of your tone

  • @elementpunk123

not really, the guitar/bass does most of the work.and there is the strings then the way you fret and pick the strings

  • @ejdbk Incorrect!

try a shit amp and great guitar, then try a great amp and shit guitar then talk to me. Van Halen is a perfect example.

  • @McDouchebag22

yeah,my brother have a line 6 spider iv,its not that good,he can't achieve that full guitar sound even though he plays a mexican strat,it sounds digital(the amp),its overpriced really

  • @elementpunk123 line6 spider is a brilliant amp... plenty of famous guitarists use it for recording u idiot

  • @elementpunk123 na man. its like 65%. You can really hear it fade away if u increase the volume alot.

  • Beautiful guitar :)

There's nothing better than the smell of a new guitar coming out of it's case :)

  • its not gonna sound so great out of that amp i would have just got a marshall mg 100 or some thing like that

and i wouldnt have gotten the faded

  • nice guitar but at least choose a decent song by a decent artist playing decent guitar for your vid next time

  • spoilt fuck. why would u buy that guitar..and only bye that amp? its not gna sound as good as it should..u shouldov got a marshall or orange amp..but your more interested in tellin your friends your got a big flashy gibson guitar! faggot!

  • @AlexSmyth0o Jealous divorce baby.

  • @van1980

    okay okay...i am jelo:P

  • i Had that guitar at one point, then i traded it in for a Gibson SG standard

  • The one really nice thing when you open up a brand-new Gibson ....is that wonderful Smell of the lacquer...I will never forget that sensation...!!!

  • dude i respect you cuz u bought a studio! like seriously respect man =D

  • a studio? how crap! you should of saved abit more and bought a real les paul standard..

  • where did you buy this guitar? and did it come with the hard case? also how much

  • The guitar is awesome, but you need to get a way better amp.

  • i hope that mother fucker washed his damn hands before picking up that guitar

  • You need a better amp man!

  • enjoy :)

  • @guitarcubeohyes actually when i was shopping for an amp, i looked into some tube amps and you ar right, they do sound amazing. but they are a lot of money! i play metal and stuff, and i chose the line 6 because i was completely content with the sound and it was a much cheaper amp. i would love to own a tube amp but i dont have the money haha

  • a month ago after i watched this i started listening to this band. there amazing.

  • omg, I got my les paul studio worn cherry, (same guitar as you) almost exactly a year before you!!

  • great guitar but never ever ever ever buy a line 6

  • @jimmyp73 why so?

  • @TheHomeOfOpti they sound really artificial and brittle to my ears anyway

  • @jimmyp73 id go with a vox

  • @jimmyp73 why he should not buy a line 6?

  • @ILikeToPlayGuitarToo They are good amplifiers, they just don't last so long. Over time they just stop working or it works more poorly. Most people i know that have line 6 have problems like a static, the sound becomes choppy like someone is turning it on and off, stuff like that.

  • get a better amp vox are far superior

  • @LittleBuddah118 Marshall, all the way!

  • @iSlash96 or marshall lol that may be my next brand of amp just make sure its tube amp tho

  • @LittleBuddah118 yeah, I've a Line 6 spyder 4.....

After a long time of stressing out to find my tone, i found it!

You know, not to be compared to a VOX or Marshall, but good enough for a 150$ amp!

  • @iSlash96 i dont mind the models that are over like 75 watt just the 1s that are under seem to break up on me the bigger 1s dont

  • @LittleBuddah118 sure it is, but you know some people dont have the money...

I would prefer to buy a good guitar like gibson or fender first, amp comes at second place in my thoughts :)

  • hi dude, im about buying a new guitar. this one is in sale right now in the store where i want to buy it but. you already got it so i ask you, is this a nice guitar?

  • @123marijn321 they are like the awesomest guitar ever, I mean so awesom I had to make that word up to discribe it ha ha and yes they are down cause I priced mine in febuary after a house fire took my old one and it was $1999 I ordered it in july and when it finally got to the guitar shop in august it was down to $1505 but the insuranse company had already paid me so I had enough left over to by a 100 watt peavy amp lol

  • @broodyfour now they are like $800 dollars here in europe

  • @broodyfour learn how to spell insurance you dumb fuck

  • @1396imabeast OMG I miss-spelled a word (quell dommage)and it was such a heinous crime that you thought fit to exhibit YOUR ignorance and reply to my comment and while I am sure that your depends heavily on getting things spelled properly as an engineer I'm not as concerned with letters as much as numbers besides what else would that little secretary I employ do if it were not proof read and type things for me and BTW I am primarily french so I will prolly make a few more English spelling errors

  • why spend all that money on a nice guitar and ... "THAT" amp...

  • I would never buy a gibson these days, or any guitar without playing it first...

  • nice guitar, shame its ruined by the amp, if your gonna get a good guitar, why skimp out on a solid state amp?

  • @guitarcubeohyes yea but just to save money i would probably get the 50 watt cause usaully on most amps cranking it near 8-10 the amps get choppy

  • @guitarcubeohyes i've tried a dual rectifier but im still saving up im deciding between the rectifier and the rockerverb

  • i have a traditional plus played through a line 6 spider valve and it fuckin sounds great...whoever said les paul plus line6=fail...go fuck yourself u dumbass retard...ya fuckin brand junkie..mesa and marshall arent the only amps out there!

  • @malmstein31 Roland amps are AWESOME.

  • @guitarcubeohyes oh haha cause thats the one i plan on saving up for is it good for hard rock and old school heavy metal?

  • Comment removed

  • I am saving my money for this

  • Gibson Les Paul + Line 6 anything = FAIL !

  • am i only person who thinks gibsons are boring looking?

  • @gdsmck93 Studios mostly are

  • @gdsmck93 They're not very new, but they are quality guitars and they have better tone than those stupid razorbacks and warlocks.

  • lol i love how he spent more than $1,000 on a guitar, but got a 15 watt little nukker amp. haha

  • Hey man, i have the same guitar with the same finish and i even have the same 15 watt spider 3. but my main amp is a line 6 spider 3 150 watt, and the les paul looks sick if you take the pick guard off

  • Comment removed

  • you got a gibson but you couldnt afford a decent amp?

  • In have that Line6 amp, it fails HARD

  • erm gibson into a line 6 a match made in fukedtonesville...

  • it gets good at 0:31

  • dude get a tube amp if you have a gibson. sounds so much better

  • This will probably be the closest I ever come to unpacking a Gibson...

  • nice guitar but the low wattage amp won't give u the full effect of the guitar should have gotten a spider 75w-120w i have a spider II 75w and a spider III 120w head and they are beast currently saving up for a mesa boogie dual rectifier

  • @xXMETALLICAXX619 couldnt agree more. i have a 75w spider IV. i play it with my schecter c1 and it sounds like im playing a $2,500 dollar guitar lol but yeah you would def. need a bigger amp to get the best out of you're guitar.

  • with a amp like that you should have bought a JAY TURSER

  • yeah like most people are saying the combination of a gibson and line 6 really doesn't go you should have got a marshall instead great tones out of marshall

  • what a beatiful guitar :D

  • Gibson and Vox make a surprisingly nice combination actually but seriously a Vt30'd be better than a line 6...

  • line 6? no go with a Marshall

  • i have the line 6 amp its ok on clean but otherwise ruins a good gibson sound

  • wholy shit you lucky fuck i want that guitar so bad ha ha

  • i think im literally IN LOVE with your guitar. :P

  • congrats on the guitar

  • awesome guitar amp is awful

  • And thats why I have a gibson les paul and a marshall 100DFX. Marshall and gibson is like sex. lol. It's great.

  • yea i got the 75 watt spider 3 and im very disappointed

  • dude line 6 rocks!!! Don't let any one tell you different

  • @guysofhell line6 is not for gibson. maybe for very cheap guitars like LTD-ESP.

  • ESP guitars aren't exactly cheap, smartass. Go see for yourself. Although you're right that line 6 makes shitty amps.

  • @guysofhell no they dont, noob

  • @iplayveryloud go fuck yurself

  • @guysofhell um ok? but really line 6 has the cheesiest effects and their market is for beginners who dont know shit. they have a lot of small combo amp models and one stack model thats partnered with bogner. point proven. as far as im concerned there are very few affordable amps worth playing out today. but most 15 year old amps are very cheap used and sound great. crate voodoo, randall warhead, and other randalls are good examples. lineshit though? hahaha just look at the highest rated coments

  • I have that same amp. It sound nice with my 350$ ESP LTD. But I wouldn't really say Line 6 and Gibson really go together well...

  • You need to buy a better amp !!! I think that a gibson microstack would do the job

  • nice is this your first guitar?

  • is this the gibson les paul studio limited? does it sound good?

  • Pedro onde foi que tu compraste esse material? diz me pls :D

  • shit music

  • just cause the amp is small doesnt mean its shitty, my first amp is small, even though its an ibanez, and i still use it, cause it still sounds great

  • how much was your gibson wos it over a grand

  • @hikinguphigh it costs 800 dollars, not that much !!!

  • Not bad Line 6 amps aren't horrible their pretty good actually

  • why 15w :S line 6 spider '' 4 '' 30, 75 and 150 better than it.

  • WANT THAT GUITAR! Just that it costs so f*****g much. But i'm buying the epiphone lp studio worn cherry instead ^_^

  • Gibson = Win.

    Gibson + Line 6 = ...fail.

  • @drone713 wuts wrong with getting a line 6? they are good amps but i don't understand why he got a gibson standard and a 15watt

  • @CrushedJustice So how long have you been playing guitar? Five months?

  • @drone713 3 years im not a douchebag like u guys always have to have the expensive shit i don't get my parents to buy my guitars

  • @CrushedJustice We don't HAVE to have the most expensive gear. We just know what is shit and what is not shit. Line 6 is shit. If you don't want to pay a lot of money, get one. But don't pretend like it doesn't blow ass.

  • @drone713 how is line 6 shit they are #1 amp and effects sellers of 2009

  • @CrushedJustice BECAUSE THEY'RE CHEAP (BECAUSE THEY SUCK) AND IDIOTS LIKE YOU BUY THEM.

  • @drone713 how do they suck? or are you just jealous u can't afford one

  • @CrushedJustice hhhhahahahahhahhahaha. Oh God. Did I not just call them cheap? Those are the fucking cheapest amps you can buy, kid. They're like $300 hahahaha. Yeah, I totally couldn't afford one and I'm just pissed because my Marshall JCM 800 sounds like shit compared to a Line 6.

They sound like terrible! Apparently you can't tell because you suck at guitar and have no ear for music. Why do you think no professional guitarist uses them?

  • @drone713 um maybe cause they are a new generation of amps? Mgs are good aswell Line 6 is really good I don't know what the fuck your problem is but compared to my dual rectifier the line 6 is nothing.

  • @CrushedJustice Line 6 is not new at all, they've been around for plenty of years and if they sounded as good as you say they do then everyone would use them.

First, no. MG's blow massive ass as well. You clearly have no idea what good tone even sounds like. Second, I said I have a JCM 800, dipshit. Where did an MG ever enter the conversation? Why are you saying that I have an MG when my own comment said JCM 800? You do know that there is more than one type of Marshall, right?

  • @drone713 oh sorry didn't read ur thing correctly i ment jcm the m made me think mg sorry had a long day kind of tired and not focusing right now

  • @drone713 but calm down dude just saying opinion here no need to insult anyone

    <
