I just finished a phone conversation with the customer relations department @ 1-800-774-2354. They said the $4,737.60 in posted charges to my two credit/debit card accounts were standard business practices even though I didn't buy anything from them. and they didn't care they tied up my money for days.

They also stated they were unwilling to compensate me in any way.

This is of course TOTALY unacceptable! These "credit checks" have to stop! I'm now out several hundred dollars for nothing.

The really cool thing is, one can tell that they are buds and have been for 40 + years now. That's awesome. Also, the Priceline ad people are geniuses. They and the GEICO folks are the best going today. Shatner is one heck of an actor to boot. Nimoy is just so warm and funny too. Good, good stuff.
