When I getting ECU what # I need to mach with one I got, # I got now is 0261203072, there is some other # on the ECU like p09125331 does the # need to mach or only the first one
Garrett turbos are nice but the cost of the turbo is only one part. You'll still need to install it (non bolt on) and associated tuning to maximize the upgrade. This is where some of the cost of the Ipd kit comes in. Complete and ready to bolt on.

Stage 0 is a good idea anytime you plan on upgrading your car. Good to know that you're working from a solid base!
