It´s a shame her mother died just before "the beekeeper" went out. In fact, that song, "the beekeeper" talks about the pain Amos went though when her mother died and about what she offers to bring her mother back. And that she always be her mother. It´s a sad but beautiful song.

They appear on the "Welcome to Sunny Florida" DVD extras and they have been to shows in the past. They've seen her up close many times and they can see her anytime they want to.Also, the front rows can get scary at the stage rush towards the end.

She's not dead. Her mom is the white haired woman in the video. This was taken last year. She was very sick though I think, It is a beautiful song.

Yes her mom was sick when she wrote the Beekeeper but then recovered and then ironically her brother died in a car accident.
