I judge the player based on accuracy , clarity , and look me in the eye when you play.

of course since you fail in these areas , that tells me you're not even serious.

if you're not serious and passionate about your performance , you get cut in the real world.

America desperately needs the best guitarists possible.

your failure to deliver that tells me you don't care about america or me.
