  • Just a question. I'm thinking of getting one of these but the heat switch doesn't seem clearly labelled. Which positions on the switch are for the low and high heat settings? thanks.

  • @Diamondblade2008 Yes it is slightly confusing. If the switched is pressed downwards the machine is running on high (full) heat. If the switch looks like the one in this video it is on gentle heat. Hope this helps!

  • i have a white knight aw38 and it brill it loads better than me mums hotpoint one and me bein lazy do everything in it had it 5 years now and it never lets me down can dry a full load cottons in 60 mins hope u guys getting on well with urs

  • Like that music cool.

  • @dano1231000 :) thank you

  • Nice video :) How are you getting on with yours? I love mine, they work so well providing you dont overload like i do mine ( but thats just because I cant be bothered to seperate the load in half sometimes lol). We're on our second one now in like 10 years - Hope yours lasts well. :-)

  • Thank you, Yeah mine is brilliant. I'm glad you like yours as I think they are mean little machines for their size. I think my mum overloaded ours slightly but it was ok. Glad you bought another and I'm not surprised why you didn't (price ect.) and thanks I hope it lasts too.

    Thanks for your comment

  • @HooverAC110 is this dryer still going ok?

  • @thekylejohn1 Yeah still going well. Makes an odd noise with heavy loads but as it heats up it's fine. Thanks for your comment.

  • This video is uber-cool, a great choice of dryer too, our old WhiteKnight is still in good use. Hope it serves you well :) Great well edited video, absolutely fantastic. As you can tell this kind of video really appeals to me :D

  • Thank you very much, I am glad you liked it and yes the dryer is really fantastic. I never knew that you had a White Knight dryer either. Yeah thought you would have liked this video, well all of my videos are going to be like this from now on, it is a part of the large update to my channel.

    Thanks for your comment

  • Your welcome, well we did have a White Knight for around 5 years but then my Granny needed a dryer so we gave her ours as it was a little to small for our family of 6 anyway, there is a video of it on my channel (one of my first videos). I did like this very much and also favourited it, the editing or w,e you call it is spot on unlike some others which are just cheap.

  • Oh right I see, very nice of you to give the dryer to your granny, yes I remember watching the video now. I am very glad that you favourited my video and the editing, like you said most look cheap, I thought this did to be honest

  • @HooverAC110

Now now don't be too harsh on yourself , mine are what you call cheap with titles and some lame sounds lol.

  • I'm not and there is nothing wrong with your videos

  • @HooverAC110 Hehe ok :)

  • what software did u use to make the video?

  • I used Sony Vegas to create this video

  • oh i downloaded it but dint no how to use it lol

  • Yes, it is quite difficult to use but if you play about with it then you will get used to it

  • Do you take german at school ?????

  • No I don't, I only take Spanish, I am currently using Google Translate for this

  • can you do some more videos of the dryer in action?

  • Yeah when I do more wash loads I will show the dryer more often for you

  • What made you get a new dryer?

  • The old dryer (that was in the shed) was not drying properly because the door was screwed so my mum and dad decided to buy a brand new one but half the size (because mum said the 3kg is fine) and put it back in the boiler room, that way if there is a problem with the boiler then it can be wheeled out easily. Thanks for your comment

  • Cool, you not dry much then? As rare as I use our dryer, I'd still have to have a full sized one cos the loads I do dry in them tend to be towels and sheets. Not bad little machines these though, was it one of the £90 ones from Asda?

  • Not really though, the only things we dry are towels and bedding, I don't dry much underwear either if I can help it, plus we wear a lot of Synthetics that cannot be tumbled dried to so yeah not a lot, the first test will be when my mums double bed linen goes in it, but today it dried a load of my single bedding set, lots of socks and a bath towel perfectly so yeah! Yeah it is a so simple like the timer still ticks when the door is open but it dries so well and no it was Argos I think for 100ish

  • Nice, not bad. When I get my own place I think I'd just get a cheap timer condenser dryer myself for all I use it for. I used to dry everything, but now I only use it if the clothes horses are full, need something quick, or if I'm just in a can't be bothered mood :-)

  • Yeah, I think that would be a good option, I don't think people need to spend thousands on tumble dryers, they should just concentrate on their washing machines.

  • That's a nice tumble dryer you have there. I hope that it dries well for you. Does it do reverse action tumbling? I do hope so. Thanks for uploading.

  • Thank you mielecustomer22, it sure does dry very well. No, I'm afraid the machine does not reverse tumble as it is the most basic model however it dries perfectly without it. Thanks for your comment.

  • @mielecustomer22 the newer model does reverse action tumbling. also generally seems to wash a lot better - i used to do my cottons at 60 but on the new model you get the same results at 40
