no base coat before primer. but, the acrylic says it doesnt need a primer.

@keyanajackson872 Personally I think that can be accomplished by keeping polish on them at all times, even just clear nail polish. It will protect them while they grow out. Also shape/file them about once a week. Hope that helps. :)

i need your help.. i do the acrylic nails.. i mold them.. n thats not a problem.. the problem is that they pop off.. i use a primer.. but it still comes off.. i also file the natural nail n the artificial nail.. why is it popping up!

@autro78 I know it's been a year but when you do acrylics before you do anything wipe the nail with nail polish remover to get rid of oil and then take a nail file to "rough up the nail"... do not wipe the dust off it helps to adhear the acrylic to the nail... also put down more acrylic then you think you need to where the tip and real nail meet... that was my problem when i started out... :)

@autro78 hey i do acrylic nails. what do u mean poppin up? i put the nail art on and put the uv gloss over the top and cure it under a uv lamp. hope it helps u.
