if i remember right these trucks run on landfill gas, i am not entirely sure. one of the east-bay WM operations runs their trucks on landfill gas.

@lawnboy1010 Yeah,they are recyclable in Castro Valley as long as they are all stuffed into one bag. I wish we had that here.

Excellent footage! sure is one nice truck, im surprised they didnt put that optional Automated arm on the McNeilus, unless they still had the manual carts back in 08.

@JaccobDalton Yeah,it seems like the perfect area for an automated truck. I asked him why the company didn't use those here,and he said that wasn't what they (Castro Valley)wanted. I wish i knew what they used back before they bought these.
