If you take a step back when landing from the momentum jump it makes you only step once instead of twice. I just discovered this like 2 seconds ago, it's probably common knowledge though lol

i have a 360 and with that version when you go through the portal it apperently spits you out so 3:02 doesnt work.... any chance you can make another without using that strategy?

it spits you out on the computer version too. What you have to do is back out of the portal as soon as you launch the other one. You can't just stand there and launch it.

First thing you should do with something like this, check your system requirements.

That's the thing my computer can run the Orange Box at min requirements. Which is odd.

system: (re)install latest graphics card drivers, make sure graphics card isn't overheating, check for conflicting software installed on machine (close almost everything in task manager).

game: try repairing the game in steam, set portal depth to 0 and adjust advanced graphics options.

supplier: collect as much information about the problem as possible (graphics card, computer model etc) then open a ticket with valve support.

if all else fails, reinstall windows.
