I haven't played PS since 2004 and just came back a few days ago and haven't run into anything serious but last night was god awful, saw some speed hackers exactly like this "ImEnglishwithUSAdudes" in that video, dying INSTANTLY. I hope SOE comes up with ways to prevent hacks in PS:N.

Yeah SOE is quickly kickiing all the planetside players off their servers and telling us to go to Agency.
SOE says
Buy Agency for only $30 with a 14 day free trial and then pay $60 for a year subscription. You could get a 6 month subscription with $30 but in 3 months the prices will raise to $40.
So now we got te beg nicely for Blizzard to make Universe of Starcraft after Starcraft 2.
You know it's sad when people that don't know how to play Planetside need to hack in order to do well in this game. This is one of the things that ruins this game greatly.
