The only thing to comment on ur video is to use two spoons. Becuz raw meat has germs so must use two spoons. Btwn cookiing raw meat to when cooking cooked meat.

@nudistjac2 I actually have about 3 wooden spoon I use. They all look the same. I do switch to a new spoon when the meat is about 1/3 done, and than again when it's about 2/3 done, it just doesn't show it in the video. Believe me, I don't want E. coli.
