There are two versions of The Secret. The original was based on the teaching of "Abraham" channeled by Ester Hicks. THAT WAS THE SECRET. Abraham was edited out of the second version because of contractual rights. When this was done the movie lost the teachings that made it work. Edison didn't make most of the things you think he did. He didn't invent the light bulb. He didn't invent the electric chair. He didn't invent the video camera. He didn't invent the x-ray. He didn't invent the record player. These are a number of things often attributed to him he didn't do. He made improvements to the existing technology, granted. But that is trivially easy compared to inventing something from nothing. He wasn't an idiot, but he wasn't a prolific inventor as well.
