I got this: They meet, write to eachother and when he ask to hear her voice she says she'got none (bcause she's mute/deaf? :( - altough in the guitar part it seems she can hear). Looking at the fish tank JGS says that those who fell in love sometimes can't say or hear anything and wonders if she's like that.
