its to cool the northbridge heatsink. it also cools the southbridge and vreg since they are all connected with a heatpipe. some of the higher end XFX socket 775 motherboards came with those fans.

@Oricalkos123 By turning the PSU upside down it can act as a exhaust fan if it's got a good enough fan to stop warm air leaking into the case. This is how a lot of builders set it up.

However, I've always seen it as standard to have the PSU blowing air outwards through a vent as an exhaust fan. Not upwards into the case. Now be quiet and stop trying to further your small mind.

Why would you use that much liquid cooling, and only cool your cpu? You could cool all 3x vga's as EASILY with your radiator setup. Using even 1x TFC triple stack rad just for your cpu block is way over-kill. Are you planning to add the VGA's in the loop later?

You sure its ok to run HDD's on the side like that? Every HDD i've ran at an angle has blown out its bearing in a matter of 3-4 years. i dont do it any more after having three of my four 250GB's burn out in my vento 3600.

yeah but this is jsut a e8400, ive got one on air with the same oc, if he was cooling the three gpu's as well i would get it but it seems kinda overkill

plus an i7 really wouldnt need a dual rad setup just for cpu, a good 120.2 would suffice
