I am studying mechatronics engineer and we are in total like 120 students, and from that group, there are only 6 girls!! jajaajjaaaj crazy!

@jfernandmy very nice, I bet you're college freshman, don't worry in a coupe of years those 120 students will disperse to around it's half. I've finished mechatronics and we had 1 girl from 40 students. those 40 were reduced to 19 at college senior. GO Engineers!

Im an Engineer and I attended to US Microchip Masters Conference the last three years at my expenses (Im Italian But I was raised in Brazil, so I have to pay a very expensive Airline Ticket and fly 15 hours to be in Phoenix). My dream is to work for Microchip to have what I dont have here : Design Satisfaction!!!!!! . Maybe one day I will realize my dream...

Welcome Engineer girl! at world of the engineering! When I was student I had three or five classmate, sorry were few but very inteligent, but I want to talk a expirience with a coworker engineer girl. She and me were Service Engineers and someday she told me that "the diodes with time they change the polarity that's why the equipment don't work" Do you guess? and I told her What did you say? it's not possible Where did you study? I'm sorry, but I have to say this because is my responsability.
