I just DL'ed the demo on Xbox Live, I gotta say, it is actually a good game. A lot better than the others. The animations are a lot better, and I didn't see any suction catches. The controller doesn't respond as good as it did in 2K5. Like when I tried to do the Hit Stick my guy just seemed like he didn't wanna tackle anyone. The gameplay reminded me a lot of 2K5, it's just not as smooth.though. But yea, all in all it wasn't bad at all.

i agree. but if 2k5 had worked on there game for 5 more years such as madden has, then they would be miles ahead. Im not at all a 2K fanboy, but when i went back and played yesterday 2k5 football, it was ridiculus. The gameplay aspects and motions are better than 08 and equal to 09. That was a game made 5 years prior and EA just hit that point now. Yeesh.

i was and will always be a huge fan of ESPN 2K5.

it WAS the Greatest football game of All Time.

that was until Madden 10 dropped.

as much as we like to hate on EA, they FINALLY got it right.

madden 10 combines the best of ESPN 2K5's presentation with madden 2006's ( X-Box 1 versions) eerie lighting and playability and franchise options to make the ULTIMATE football sim.

this game is beautiful to look at and even better to play.
