My little girl is a beauty queen and she has won many titles at 4! The trick is to get a coach and get professionals to do their hair, make-up etc. Also, you have to get a custom made dress, 2nd hand dresses never fit the girls properly (I have never brought a 2nd hand dress for my baby). Pagents are hard work but fun and the reward you get from doing them is amazing when your child wins - pagents are easier to win when the judges know your name and who you are, it shows that your good.
A dress can cost from 1000 to 5000 it depends I have just got a dress for my 4 year old for 2300 and she will need at least 3 dresses as if we go to a pageant and use one dress and then go to another pageant and it is the same judge we need another dress, you can not go on to the stage with the same dress on, the judge will know!!!!!

little girls love it what little girl dosent like wearing make up having her hair done and wearing glitzy clothes and fancy crowns its like a big dress up princess game too them also it boosts their confidance and they make new friends too my neice does UK glitz pageants and shes having a ball id have loved to have donre them as a kid

Just tell her how much they can help you with things. Like public speaking, interviewing, and self esteem. Then see if she will let you start of with small pageants, and work your way up. Message me if you still have trouble.

Have her talk to other pageant moms. she will be assured you WILL have a normal childhood. 29 out of 30 days a month, these kids are playing in the mud.
ii had this problem! well, not really, cause my mom asked me but! what i did isi watched alot of the shows and my mom watched them with me and she thought they were cool and asked me if i wanted to do them! ask your mom for a comprimise! start with natural pageants, they are cheaper and you were less make up, then ask to do semi glitz, then full out glitz! that is how i started. also find pageant people and talk to them.find a coach to talk to! follow right2life's advice 2! tell me how it goes!

pageant girls do have a normal childhood, they do this one day a month and usually one full weekend a year for nationals , reality tv is not always reality , and if anyone really thinks these kids are dressed like adults they need a reality check, silly rabbit -cupcake skirts are for kids , the dresses are not tight , this is what properly fitting formal wear looks like on a kid
