Sounded fine. Just was engaging the crowd during that part because the verses in that song are fucking crazy. Why get winded in the first minute of the song when you have 2 and a half more minutes of a LOT of screaming in just that one song? Not to mention the other songs on the set. He sounded OK. I will say, it is hard to tell with the sound quality though. If the quality was better, you wouldn't be saying that.

Give the guy a break. If you were as good as him and put your all into every fucking show then YOUR vocal cords would probably get damaged too. It probably hurts to scream as high now, or its too risky to scream. Same thing happened to Bert from The Used, he almost never screams in their new albums, he could lose his voice. If anything, the fact that hes lost the scream is a testament to the fact that he cared so much for the audience that got hurt trying to give us a fantastic fucking show.

1st of all listen 2 the 1st album, after you scream that high your voical chords are gonna give out that's why when he talks he sounds raspy an low. For example, watch Chelsea Smile on their yahoo performance.
I hated Count Your Blessings for the screams. I liked Suicide Season a lot more for those screams. I LOVE There is a Hell for the screams and the depth of the lyrics.
I like his new vocal style with him not going as high pitched screaming. It was more annoying than anything on the older albums, and I think their latest record is their best, strongest, most mature (musically) album yet. So hey, who cares if he fucked up his voice, it's his fault. The music is still just fine.
All of you guys who talk negative about him, you know nothing about real talent! He is by far the best screamer I have ever heard! I've been to two of their concerts and one of them just happened to be warped 10' and he was amazing. He sounds the same live if not better! And every album they have gets better and better! Randy Blythe isn't getting any bigger, because LoG's new album sucked TERRIBLY, there was only one good song on it, Grace. Going to festivals is the GAYEST thing ever, and festivals are the only things that any of those bands play anymore.

@AlternativeTaco I knew already, I followed Lamb of God, I followed Megadeth, etc. I'm not illiterate, I remember everything I read and watch. I never had to look a damn thing up. And saying that something is good because it reached number 2 on the billboard doesn't mean a thing. Just because something is more popular doesn't mean that it's better by ANY means. Everything before Ashes Of The Wake was awful for LoG, New American Gospel's vocals sounded terrible. Burn the Priest was bad as well.

Sounded fine. Just was engaging the crowd during that part because the verses in that song are fucking crazy. Why get winded in the first minute of the song when you have 2 and a half more minutes of a LOT of screaming in just that one song? Not to mention the other songs on the set. He sounded OK. I will say, it is hard to tell with the sound quality though. If the quality was better, you wouldn't be saying that.

Give the guy a break. If you were as good as him and put your all into every fucking show then YOUR vocal cords would probably get damaged too. It probably hurts to scream as high now, or its too risky to scream. Same thing happened to Bert from The Used, he almost never screams in their new albums, he could lose his voice. If anything, the fact that hes lost the scream is a testament to the fact that he cared so much for the audience that got hurt trying to give us a fantastic fucking show.

Not every one sounds as great as they do in the studio, at live shows. I like his new vocal style with him not going as high pitched screaming. It was more annoying than anything on the older albums, and I think their latest record is their best, strongest, most mature (musically) album yet. So hey, who cares if he fucked up his voice, it's his fault. The music is still just fine.

I've been to two of their concerts and one of them just happened to be warped 10' and he was amazing. He sounds the same live if not better! And every album they have gets better and better!
