I'll go on a hunger strike in the Netherlands till some Japanese citizen opens up a food stand or restaurant... anything. Cause I just have to eat this or anything else Japanese for that matter. It just makes you drool and want more.

Besides, I think it's much healthier then Western and especially American food. ^_^ So it's gonna be a delicious all I can eat. lol

Okonomiyaki in Italy. Thanks to youtube, I've learned how to make it. At difference of Hiroshima ingredients, bacon and eggs, I make it the Osaka way, manly fish, keeping though the Hiroshima style, singular pancakes instead of mixing everything together. I think is one of the most delicious dishes I've eaten in my life and I know good food, I'm Italian.

If you use the yam for the secret ingredient, Osaka style okonomiyaki becomes more delicious.

Another little tip please. Once you have grated the yam, how do you keep it in order not to go bad?

Put it in the freezer.Several weeks can be preserved.

We Japanese eat mixing the soy sauce with the grated yam.

A Hirshoma style okonomiyaki can be said a baked vegetable pan cake cause a lot of vege are in it, so it's very healthy food.Everybody should come to Hiroshima and grub it with Hiroshima beer !
