Pat Boone did this version of "Never Goin' Back" on his DEPARTURE album... It was made in 1969 when this BEVERLY HILLBILLIES episode came out (And what inspired me to look for it & watch it)... I remember seeing this episode on TV first first, then buying John Stewart's CALIFORNIA BLOODLINES album, (it's his song, last track on Side 2) so I recognized the song, before years later finally getting a copy of Boone's album....
