I've never really understood the fascination of white gold. For a casual observer, it looks just like stainless steel. In fact a friend of mine, who owns a high-end jewelry store in New Jersey, let me compare a stainless Daytona and a white gold Daytona, side-by-side in his store. Visually, you absolutely, positively, couldn't tell the difference except that the white gold version had the red indices.
@jumboJetPilot The reason you buy a white gold rolex is because you buy it for yourself. It's by far the best and finest I've owned. The gold adds to the feel you get while wearing it. If you really want a decent time piece spare no expense.
@myrolexisbetterthan You can just as easily do that with a stainless model as a white gold model. To truly appreciate the fact that it's gold, get a yellow or pink gold model.
@jabram89 It is a chronograph. The big center hand only ticks when you push the button to start it. If you look at the subdial at 6:00, you can see the seconds hand ticking.
wow i can really see the mild gold color in this video of the cosmograph.. nice watch... but how come no gloves? it's very expensive.. could scratch easily
@jjlwis So touching it with bare hands will scratch it? Gloves are creepy. And there are worse hand out there in other videos lol. This isn't surgery, it's a watch. And watch isn't going to scratch from being gently handled, they are meant to be worn every day. Thanks for the comment.

Amazing video presentation, very clear and detailed. Why no verbal description of the features you were wanting us to see?

@jumboJetPilot True, although after buying a watch that costs as much as a car I'm not going to change up anytime soon:)

@myrolexisbetterthan I wouldn't either! :)
