Thank you for your post. This is not the best of this great Qari Utaybi, he has his trademark rhythm and lift which was not apparent on this recitation. The best of him would ned to have his usual rhythm and tone and then comes the quality of recording with extra style from the Qari. May Allah swt reward you the best inshallah. Salamu alaykum :)
@afg96 yes there many Quran videos on completfarsiquran channel if you want to check it out and some quran video in farsi on wallidjanafghan channel as well.
i think that he is from Kuwait if i'm not mistaken but for sure he is from Al-khalij Al-3arabi
