  • it was going so good until they put that leather top thing

  • Thats a beatiful restoration!

I played this while watching your vid.

    /watch?v=K2nRiGoq9XU

  • Nice 1969 Ford Mustang and it too bad that YouTube muted that nice music you put before and audioswap that video of yours, so that the video is not boring to everybody.

  • i saw an overhaulin episode where they were restoring a 68 or 69 (cant remember now lol) but the quaters were shot so they ordered some fastback quaters and threw them on there...it really provided that aggressive look...though....this thing turned out beautiful..and i dont really care for convertables or the 69/70 coupes! nice job!!

  • dude this is a super fantastic video!!! i hope you post more videos of your mustang! bye:)

  • very nice! how long and how much money did all of this take?

  • Nicely done!

  • Thing of beauty!

  • where is the sound? i like to here it :) great vid great car

  • no music.....but great work!!!! congrats man!!

  • Fucking copyright laws. They need to be relaxed or changed. Anyway, sweet ride!!!

  • nice, but not even engine sound??????????

  • man you should have ordered some fastback quaters...they are wider than the convertible quaters and give it more of an aggressive stance....great build though

  • Do you also have any idea where the you got the chrome piece that covers the weatherstripping between the front and quarter window

    Thanks

  • @Shouline69 both of those were already with the car, so I didn't have to find them. Maybe try a junkyard if no one makes reproductions.

  • you almost made me cry! DAMN you are living my dream,, I just want to work hard and some day, i will drive one like yours, with the wind in my face, on a sunny day!!! saludos desde ECUADOR

  • where did you get the woodgrain interior for the door paneling, and also where did you get the center console. I have been looking for a while now

  • @Shouline69

They were already with the car (Deluxe interior option). I think you can get repops from places like Mustangs Plus and Dallas Mustang. I just redid mine since they weren't too bad.

  • fucking youtube is fucking gay they changed the fucking layout even more thsoe fucking bitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • looking into buying one of these right now. trying to scrounge up the $1500. its all there just needs to be restored, mainly the bottom (rockers and frame, floors are still solid!).

    looks good though

  • Nice Vid. But can you put the Engine Sound on your Video ?

  • I have added another video that includes the engine sound!

  • Looks exactly like mine except I had the White interior and 4 speed. Great job!

  • Holy fuck 18k...are you keeping it or selling it.

  • How much did this cost you??

  • to restore I mean, like how much did you put into it?

  • I think I have around $18k in it. It's always hard to know the grand total...

  • OMG! She is gorgeous. I also love that you picked blue. You have my dream car now. like i said gorgeous, gorgeousm gorgeous!

  • Very nice! I'm crusing youtube for 69 Mustangs cause I've finally got the cash to fix up my own.

I like everything though I'm not a fan of the blue. :-)

  • this is a job well done mate !!!

    Great Outcome ! :)

  • well done. shes a beaut.

  • Nice car, looked pretty solid before you got ahold of it though at least, i've seen people restore mustangs that pretty much had nothing left of them

  • how do you talk so good and sophisticated? i talk in short simple sentences. im just an idiot

  • stupid fuckin recording industry and youtube I don't even get to hear the car because of you!

  • realy nice job sometimes i wish i live in amerika and not in holland because you americans have very nice cars (sorry about my english it's not fantastic) and america has so many classic cars left in holland they are all rotten

  • Nice job. I have one similar except mine is a 302 3 speed with the standard interior and no hood scoop. Is that Winter Blue or Acapulco Blue? Mine is Acapulco blue. How long did the resto take?

  • It's Acapulco blue. It took about four years, working on it sporadically.

  • Nice job

  • tht is a fantastic restoration!!!! this car is show ready....nice job!

  • that's unbelievable..must be a new one! great job..i love the color..and everything..:)

  • great job.! how can i gey mine restored/ 1973 sportsroof .good condition? thanks.

    a reece

  • the obama regime would be happy to see this scrapped for an incentive of a new car. so this car sticks 2 fingers at the "cash for clunkers scheme"

  • Great job! I liked the engine! Is it the original engine you restoreated?

  • Yah gotta love it, its classic.

  • SOLD!!

How much for delivery to Scotland?

  • OMG!!! She is extremely sexy dude!! nice work! how long did it take you to make her look so good???

  • great job i am glad you restore cars like this

  • use auidoswap. Not that hard.

  • dude lucky, 69 ford mustang is my dream car im gona do what you did too buy it crappy for cheap and fix it up when i find how to do that. You fixed it up really good 5/5.

  • r.e.s.p.e.c.t.!

    _0_ _0_ _0_

  • beautiful car. NICE WORK!

  • Daaaaaaaamn you lucky bastardy Americans are so lucky that you have so many Mustangs ... you just buy one that is fucked up for cheap and restore it... in Europe you must buy a new one or you don't have one... even the ones you buy are rare...

Ford Mustang is my dream car!

    Dr3v0

  • There are plenty of Mustangs in UK that can be restored if you look hard enough and of course if you have the financies to back it. Yes Americans are luckier as it is less expensive on parts and to restore one. Mustang

  • If you have the time to take a vacation to the States you can get the car and buy the parts you need. In fact you might be able to make some money by filling up a 20 foot cargo container with parts to sell. There are guys who go to the UK to do the same thing with classic British cars.

  • hey ima restoring a 1969 ford gt

and i was wondering if you can give me some links

to where i can find parts

    =)

  • I see you extended the garage into the wife's kitchen.

What a brilliant restoration, you've done an excellent job m8 on the car and the video.

  • nice work, you should buy the enhanced parts for it, I saw the same gauges at ebay but when u put on the headlights, the back round turns blue.

  • I literally cried... beautiful!

  • Great work! Another classic hits the streets again!

  • Wow fuckin sweet

  • Nice Mustang.. I like your restoration video..Congrats! Enjoy..

  • how much was that car when u got it and how much would it be worth now that its restord

  • I bought it for about $4k and put another $14k or so into it. It is now insured for $25k, but I don't think I would take that little if I were to sell it!

  • Nice work man.....I am restoring a 1974 Ford capri GT.

  • i think that the 69' has to be the best looking mustang of all time.

  • precioso sueño hecho realidad, k marivilla de coche

  • How much did you pay for this restoration?

  • 1 word: DREAM

  • Beauty!

  • WHAT A CAR AND SOUND!

  • Great job and great video.

  • A superb example of a classic 'stang done RIGHT! I am starting my 68 coupe project as soon as it gets warm here in NY and this was inspiring. Hell, I wanna run out and start tearing into it now. Thanks for the post.

  • thats one of the best videos i've seen

    great work

  • I had a body guy help with the floor. He put seat platforms in but I think he did something wrong. The seats sit high and my kness hit the steering wheel. I'm average size. I'm wondering in a Convertible do the seat platforms go on top or bottom of floorboards?

  • They go on top. See 2:05. Are the seat rails installed correctly?

  • It looks absolutely amazing! I love Mustangs. About how many hours did you put into it? Great job, it's way sweet.

  • I have no idea how many total hours. It took about five years. Some days I'd work on it for eight hours straight, and sometimes I wouldn't touch it for a month...

  • AMAZING resoration man! what exhaust r u running? sounds awsome

  • The exhaust is a standard 2 1/2" dual exhaust with an H-pipe and standard turbo mufflers. Since it's a convertible, I didn't want to have to listen to Flowmaster 40s everywhere I went!

  • oh my fucking god that car is amazing at 3:15

  • excellent job

  • what an amazing job!!!!!!!

  • Cool.. now ya need a cam..

    Les

  • even if it was a rust bucket, i wouldnt mind having it and resoring it myself!

  • Nice classic car that you restored because it looks like the 1969 Ford Mustang convertible with the color of aqua blue that Charlton Heston was driving in the movie called "The Omega Man".

  • Вот ето действительно настоящий мустанг без всяческого гребного тюнинга . Большой респект майстрам за такое чудо на колесах!!!!!!!!!!!

    how long did it take?

  • good work!!

  • good video, crap music, thanks for posting!:)

  • This is fantastic. I have been looking at a few ways to document work on my '69 Grande, and this one is by far the best I have seen yet !!!

Very well done, and maybe something to take to one of the popular Mustang 'How To' books, such as Mustang Monthly. Just an Idea..

    TDYooper / TDY

  • Great work you did. 5 years in a 5 minut video :)

  • Nice work. Just add a nice rimblow steering wheel to make it complete.

  • Yea, yea..., feel for you. I too just finshed up a restoration on my 1969 MACH ONE. Man, it really takes a lot of time and effort. Although, like you I'm sure, it was well worth it... Again, great job!

    James

  • Great job man! I'm in the process of a RestoMod of a '69 fastback rearender and I plan to post the finished product on here so keep a lookout.
